The company has clearly shifted its priorities to advisement roles instead of things that I need like a bank teller. They would rather me just go to the ATMs they've installed outside. I cannot complete the transaction that I want on those ATMs, however. They also have a greeter of sorts. I don't know what they do exactly. But you'll have a huge line at the teller and someone will just be staring at you sitting behind a computer waiting for the next person to come in and to ask them if they can help them with anything!
