The food followed my appetizer about five minutes after. Upon first sight, the portions and composition of the plate spoke to me in a commanding yet soft whisper. The chicken was so tender that it melted off the bone. The rice was so dense yet fluffy. Each bite combination sprinkled with the gravy made for a euphoric taste in each chew. In other words, the food was incredible. This restaurant provided to perfect opportunity to try out traditional Czech food without leaving a hole in you wallet.
