This store SHOULD be such a fun place to shop and experience for vampire diaries fans but the woman…read morethat seems to be the owner or manager is so rude every time I go in there. I have a friend that lives in Covington so I visit yearly and always bring friends in to shop and year after year it's something with her. Last year she yelled at us for "not being close enough to our kids" even though we were right next to them and they weren't touching anything. This year she acted as if the store was too full and made people wait outside to get in IN THE POURING RAIN! There were maybe 12 people inside and I've seen it busier so it was as if she was getting off on making people miserable. It's honestly scary how you can see a stranger be mean this often to people year after year.

Zero stars. I'm five feet tall, I requested help to load a…read moreheavy ten foot rug into my vehicle, Because they were nice enough to have an associate Help me get it up to the front. But they (register #1)said I had to purchase it in order to hold I mentioned if someone could help me load it I wouldn't have to leave it and they said they should have somebody help if i purchased it by talking about the guy who helped me bring it to the front who was my same build . The line was wrapped nearly around the store. So by the time I got to check out I was at register 2. I realized after I said hello and heard nothing back She had a scowl on her face But her buddy came in for his shift and she was perky and gave him a greeting. Since the guy who initially helped me retrieve the rug was back on the register and guy #2 just walked in doing nothing at the time, I mentioned maybe she could hold him for just a second So that once I paid he could help load. She proceeded to mutter something and she d*** sure didn't offer to get her big a** from out of the register to go help me get my rug And bluntly said I had to get it handle it do everything myself. I can see how a lot of people would say that's my purchase. I need to handle it, But it went from a kind request and cooperation to absolute shitshow with this woman. She flat out ignored her co worker that leaned over one foot from her to talk , She claimed the earbud in her ear quit working, Which had nothing to do with somebody one foot away talking. And then she said her ear quit working also So I manhandled the rug and got it over to her and she held her hand up high like she couldn't touch it, I told her that was as close as it's gonna get if she wants me to purchase She might have to work today, Of course, that was her chance to respond with some stupid remarks in which I told her my thoughts. Everything was purchased and I told her I was going to leave the rug there after she said i had to move it, and i said since there is no help I would be back with my car up front. I'm pretty certain if this review gets back to her then she will know exactly who I was and won't give a damn either way God bless you honey, it's obvious nothing is going right for you but if this is how you treat everybody who is not the right shade of tan Then go stuff it in your stocking

I didnt notice until walking to the car. I waited in line for a $3 credit to my CC. Today, sent my house mate up to get a can of starter fluid to help get the mower running. She came back with a can of Gumout without the straw. She was told didnt need the straw - really ? A hardware associate thinks starter fluid does need the straw ? ROFL. That was the whole reason sending her up there.. if I needed to search out a straw I would have used the half can of starter fluid I already had........ she went back to return and it was a PITA so she just split.
