The young man who answered said it was a delay with the item they ordered to repair my watch and it could be due to the Tariff situation. Anyways, two more weeks passed and I called back in which they told me the young man I spoke to before had quit and they didn't see my receipt or info. Finally the Owner got in the phone and found the information and the band and realized it was sitting somewhere due to the guy who left forgot to mention anything about it as well as the parts were in. After talking with The owner he made me real happy by apologizing for the inconvenience and HE AGREED TO REPAIR MY WATCH HIMSELF THAT DAY FOR FREE!!!
