The fat younger guy literally told me they could only offer me scrap price for the items. So in my head I'm assuming scrap ok 60% at lowest to 90% right? Wrong, 40 dollars for an Oz of silver. Silver is at 114.00 right now. They're offering 35%, so obviously they're taking advantage of people. I just said "nah I'm good" and took my chain back and walked right out. I'm assuming they're offering 500-1,800 per Oz of gold. I would definitely not recommend this place at all to sell gold or silver. They will take advantage of you. Hit up a refinery or try to sell on marketplace at spec price someone will but it within hours. These people at this pawnshop are definitely stealing from their customers. I would not pay your loans off and not take loans from them. Take your business elsewhere or shop around before you get taken advantage of at this location. 35%? Really?

I've had to have multiple items fixed when purchased from this store, the last item I needed fixed they gladly took it claimed to fix and did not. the item came back to me weighing less than it did when I dropped it off, the item shows markings from jewelry tools it should not and have not ever had on it. if you have white gold they will replace it with yellow, hoping you don't notice, lab diamonds; if you don't know you might be told they're real. if you DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE , DO NOT TAKE IT TO DYNASTY JEWELRY AND LOAN.
