I came in today to sell an OZ of silver and a diamond tennis chain, to honestly get an idea of the…read moremarket right now. I had 2 OZ of gold that I just chose not to take out. The fat younger guy literally told me they could only offer me scrap price for the items. So in my head I'm assuming scrap ok 60% at lowest to 90% right? Wrong, 40 dollars for an Oz of silver. Silver is at 114.00 right now. They're offering 35%, so obviously they're taking advantage of people. I just said "nah I'm good" and took my chain back and walked right out. I'm assuming they're offering 500-1,800 per Oz of gold. I would definitely not recommend this place at all to sell gold or silver. They will take advantage of you. Hit up a refinery or try to sell on marketplace at spec price someone will but it within hours. These people at this pawnshop are definitely stealing from their customers. I would not pay your loans off and not take loans from them. Take your business elsewhere or shop around before you get taken advantage of at this location. 35%? Really?

My family and I were loyal and longtime customers of Glenn, Gary, and Anna's since the 1980's…read more Countless pieces were purchased over several decades, and we enjoyed the beauty and craftsmanship they offered, with unmatched selection and expertise from around the world. Mom purchased and upgraded her diamond ring several times as she gained trust in their quality and fair business practices, as well as great prices, unavailable anywhere else in the city. One day when she took the ring to be cleaned, as she did almost every month or two, she trusted the staff enough to leave it overnight at the shop. When she returned to pick it up, she was given a bag that she put in her purse, without inspecting, her being a longtime and trusting friend and client. When mom looked in the pouch she was given, she discovered a ring Anna had thrown in, that was covered in pen ink, and her 1.5 carat diamond band was missing. When she confronted Gary about the mistake, Gary berated my dear mother and stated word for word, that " you must be on your period." My mother was confused, insulted, and heartbroken at this shocking behavior, they being her best friends, as well as mother being their best customer by far. Mom never returned, and was distraught and sickened until the day she died. The ring was easily valued at approximately $10,000. Understandably, my family took a great loss at this occurrence and never bounced back.

There's stuff all over the floor stacked up like heaps of I don't know what, I stood at the door last week knocking and ringing the bell and I could see an employee inside looking at me with no response it's weird because they had an open sign on the door but they refused to open the door. I'm a middle-aged guy well dressed with a nice car so it wasn't the fact that I looked like I was going to rob them or something of that nature I just didn't understand it but that's fine because I'll never goThere again. They never had any good items like jewelry or things of that nature just a bunch of junk like old power tools and Used broken down TV sets.
