My wife and I have been doing business with Jennifer ever since she opened her own shop. I was a fool for not going to her for this job first. Sentimental reasons should not have entered into my decision. Live and learn.

After the demise of its owner we were pleased to see Jennifer open her own facility across the street. We have continued our business relationship there exclusively except for one stupid, expensive misstep recently on my part with a different firm (Adamark). Jennifer will treat you and your wallet kindly and with a smile. James is a true craftsman with decades of experience under his belt. Check them out for yourself, but be warned: their business hours are a bit 'North Georgia', if you get my drift. This was a little annoying until I got used to it. I now consider it a bit of southern charm.

They fixed multiple pieces for me while I waited...also offered to clean extra pieces I was wearing, even tightened every stone in my tennis bracelet at no charge after cleaning. They had multiple regular customers stopping in to pick up or drop off...they know everyone by name...it's so refreshing and rare these days to find people who take pride in the job they do and go the extra mile to make sure every customer is satisfied and will return...thank you!

It has been a great place to sell our unused jewelry, coins, silverware, gold & more. William & Nick have stepped up to work with us selling, explaining their purchasing process which was quite fair and naturally, with their unique selection of in-store items, we left purchasing some new treasures ourselves, far below retail value, which is always fun! It is good to know that a reputable new business has moved into the neighborhood with staff that takes an interest in your particular situation & needs.

I took their recommendation and left my ring (which I've worn almost 24x7 for the last 20 years) in their care. Not only did they perform the repair, but they ensured all of the other diamonds were secure in their channel settings and thoroughly cleaned and polished my ring. It looks soooo good that friends ask if hubby gave me a new ring! I am loving my ring all over again. They completed the repairs earlier than estimated as well! They also carry a beautiful selection of jewelry and can design and help you customize jewelry as well.

I was told my PS4 slim uncharted bundle could go to them for 100$ I came back two days later and patty says no only 85$ then whispers to another woman to only go up to 90$. Then the person who gave me the 100$ quote from two days ago comes over and asks me what he had told me the other day I told him he told me he'd take it for 85-100$ so I was then asked if I'd like to pawn it for 100$. I said yes, maybe I'll come get it back if I change my mind. And after I get the finger print and photos done- I'm almost handed the money before Patty comes over and makes a scene like I was trying to steal ten bucks. It was ridiculous. She definitely soured my experience here.

No pressure here it all, very knowledgeable and took the time with us since we weren't going to buy that day. Ending up meeting him at the Alpharetta location the following week. Ended up buying a pool table from them along with a pinball machine. Appreciate that they don't just let everyone play the machines if they are not serious. Since they are not cheap and I don't want to feel like I am getting an abused product. Yes they did let us try what we wanted. Table will take about 4 weeks they said since we custom ordered it. Pinball was delivered only 2 days later. The care these guys took when delivering the machine was unbelievable. They wrapped doorways stairs and anything else they needed. They were considerate and gave advice on a few things. Would highly recommend this company and the crew. Can't wait for the table to be delivered!

We walked over to the pinball machines to look and found one we were interested in so my boyfriend tried it out. Didn't think it was a big deal since there was a couple next to us doing the same. Within seconds he was told that "this is only for people that are interested in buying." I seriously doubt that a 50 year old man would drive 20 min to a store on a Sat afternoon to play a pinball game. We abruptly left .They won't be seeing a dime from us. After reading other reviews it seems as though we aren't the only ppl this has happened to.
