It's a big difference compared to other ranges where all you smell is lead and gunpowder the entire time. The only downside is that they don't provide D‑Lead soap, which is specifically made to remove metal residue from your hands after shooting. That's the only thing I wish they offered. And if you cancel, they charge a 33% restock fee and the rest you get in store credit. Legally it 3 day delay and you can get if no response. My advice is go to a store that follows FFL. Update, asked for the area or region manager contact information. I was told by the Assistant manager that they don't have one. And I would have to go to their website and figure out how to contact someone. Not a way to run a business. And no policy for buy weapons are posted. And should be if it's different from FFL.
