Upon arriving, I was met by Roxanne who welcomed me. This review gets better! Upon leaving, the battery in my key fob died so Roxanne saw me trying to find where to put the key to open the door. She appeared but it was a mystery so we went back inside where she found out how but Michelle began taking my key fob apart & while Roxanne was reading instructions, Michelle replaced it with a new battery!!! I was already so pleased with my choice in choosing Armen & Joseph but going that extra mile was so appreciated! For sure A&J will be my trusted jeweler.

Jenny is lovely, very sweet and patient!

The guy said he couldn't do it without adding silver, and that it was better to replace it. They tried selling me a bunch of very cheap looking stainless steel and hollow silver wedding bands. When I said I didn't want them, they said they could make the ring bigger, but it would cost $80 - the entire cost of the ring. So I left, went to a small jewelry stand I happened to come across in Northlake mall, and the man there re-sized it perfectly for $30 and was professional and straightforward. I definitely wouldn't go to Flawless Jewelry & Phone Repair unless you know exactly what you need done and how much it should cost, and don't mind dealing with sliminess.

BEWARE WHO YOU HAND YOUR GOLD TO!…read more I am sharing my personal experience as a warning to others. I am a victim of stolen jewelry. If you have had gold jewelry repaired at this establishment, I strongly encourage you to have your repaired gold jewelry **independently tested **to make sure it is actually yours and that the gold content is not dipped gold. I paid to have both rope chains tested, and the results raised serious concerns. The jewelry returned to me was NOT the jewelry I originally submitted once I had them tested I was informed that both chains appeared to be gold-dipped rather than the gold I originally entrusted to the establishment. This experience has been extremely hurtful and disappointing. What made the situation even more concerning was the way my concerns were handled. Although the owner presented themselves as kind and respectful, I felt that my concerns were being minimized and that I was being made to question my own understanding of what happened. (Manipulating the situation) After conducting my own research and discovering additional information, I decided that this matter needed to be handled through the proper channels. At this point, I have sought legal advice and filed a police report, so I will not discuss further details publicly while the matter is being addressed. Please protect yourself. Take pictures, document your jewelry, keep your receipts, and consider having valuable pieces independently tested after ALL GOLD jewelry repairs. I am sharing this because I would NEVER want someone else to experience what I have experienced. Know exactly who you are trusting with your valuables. this is what I've allegedly found on google today 3

Further, it appears store used finance service incorrectly, used it as a deposit, not for paid in full. Watch out for this place 1
