Not only has this led to a delay in me receiving the items, it has caused other issues which are have proven difficult to remedy. The company failed to provide a satisfactory response, and apology. Moreover, they requested a deposit which was the full price for the agreed quote of services. Thus, it was not in fact a deposit. I will not be reccomending this company to family or friends.

Terrible Experience Not Worth the Premium Price. I chose…read morethis moving company because of the great reviews and paid extra for their premium service, expecting my belongings to be handled with care. That did not happen. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. During unloading, I watched one of the movers snap the handle off my suitcase right in front of me. These suitcases have been through years of international travel without any issues, yet they were damaged during a short local move. The furniture situation was even worse. It was not damaged in transit. It was broken by their crew while trying to put it back together at my new place. I saw it happen, but when I reported it, they tried to blame the material instead of taking responsibility. A sealed box that was fully taped on all sides arrived crushed, and a pair of my shoes was missing from inside. A sealed box does not open itself. Still, they insisted it must have been a packing issue on my end, which felt like an excuse rather than a real explanation. When I reported the damage and missing items, they were dismissive and hid behind their contract even though some of the damage happened directly in front of me. Their total compensation offer for broken furniture, damaged luggage, and missing items was fifteen dollars, which felt insulting. What really sealed it for me was that instead of resolving the issues, I was later offered two hundred dollars to remove or change my review. At that point, I started questioning how many other reviews were influenced the same way. Based on my experience, the service does not match the reputation or the price. If you care about your belongings and expect honesty and accountability, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We were given a warning at the building we moved out of and again the building we moved into... the workers were pokey and slow.. if there was a worker on the crew that ONLY specialized in dismantling beds it would have gone a lot faster.. unbelievable how unhappy we were this time.. different crew different result.. paperwork guy only interested in a tip.. my husband did more work than the 3 assigned to our move.

BUYER BEWARE**** We…read morewere over charged by $300 and the job was not done. We made a deal for $1050 + 10% (if the job went over time) +HST. That should have been Approx $1300. That was a firm deal in writing. We were given a bill for nearly $1650 and they cited having to wait extra time (which we negotiated) and they didn't put the second bed together or have to move many items. I had to argue just to get the price back down to the agreed upon deal. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORD. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.
