It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure. Even better, when nature calls, the bathrooms are accessible and clean. If you live in this area and need a storage option, you really should give this place a try!

Overall, I would recommend this facility.

The reception at the front was very nice and helpful with where I needed to be. Super friendly service and made me feel so welcomed (as a first timer). The store front is quite large and very clean. Coffee station on the side if you'd like a sip and water available as well which is always a nice touch! The storage unit is your typical storage. Imagine rows and rows of locked units. The only down side is that there is no light in the unit so can have a hard time seeing when you're in there. But the hallway lights are bright enough for you see get some visual of what's inside. Washrooms are also available. I really liked the load docks where I was able to park my car to load things in and out of storage. Large trolleys are also available for use within the facility making it easier for you to move all your belongings. Overall a great experience!

We were provided a small welcome package with a measuring tape, reusable bag and a pen. The facility itself is top of the line and new. Many units have lights inside and everything is air conditioned. Our unit has no light but it works perfectly for what we needed it for. Finally, everything is accessible via phone app so no keys involved! Thank you to the staff on site for the beautiful property upkeep and solid service. I have already recommended to friends!

As I mentioned in my previous review, the movers were highly skilled and very experienced but mistakes were made that caused some damage to my furniture. We're human and we all make mistakes. Minor damage to furniture is a normal part of moving and I expected it when I hired this company. What I didn't expect was that the owner would take the time to contact me, to listen attentively to my complaints and then to respond by remedying the situation. I did not expect compassion, kindness or a human being at the end of the phone line who was deeply apologetic. I was very impressed with the humanity shown by Paul.
