Even the quote from Wise Move was a little on high side initially and I was reluctant to use them. Then Vladislav reached out to me over Yelp, by message and finally by phone. We negotiated terms, I set up things with the retailer I was buying the printer from and Vladislav and his partner did the pickup earlier than the agreed to time, brought the printer to my home and brought it inside and made sure it was placed properly and securely on my media cart. I have never had a moving service pursue me to get the job, and I appreciate that. Every once in a while you need to move a large or heavy piece and family or friends are not available to help. And the cost of a full moving crew is too much (one service was going to charge for a minimum of 3 hours. My job took only an hour from pickup to cart placement). This is a particular niche market that Wise Move Solutions filled for me. Once they were done they moved on to their next job, moving a piano or something!

They showed up late on day of move. ANATOLI and other guys name cant remember seemed to be too positive right from the start. Before drop off they demanded to pay for everything including drop off and tip. Thats when i realized something is really shady, they then pulled out my signed contract. I read it again and it say 120 per hour, 120 per person, plus truck free, plus travel fee, plus no coverage. I called police. Police told me its civil matter and to go to court. Serg or whatever his real name is blocked my number. Avoid at all cost scammers. Still trying to figure what exactly is missing as i am unpacking.. i will see you at court SERG

As I mentioned in my previous review, the movers were highly skilled and very experienced but mistakes were made that caused some damage to my furniture. We're human and we all make mistakes. Minor damage to furniture is a normal part of moving and I expected it when I hired this company. What I didn't expect was that the owner would take the time to contact me, to listen attentively to my complaints and then to respond by remedying the situation. So we just told them not to bother because the lead couldn't even see the screws. We thought we would save money but did not. Thankfully they refunded the value of a bulb they broke which they blamed us for. It was a chandelier and they expected us to "make the place safe". What do they expect for us to remove it? The initial request to have this moved came from the fact that I'm not in the area and working remote for my boss, so paying cash in person wasn't an option. They claimed paying in person with cash was always agreed upon, which it was clearly not, in a particularly RUDE and CONDESCENDING fashion. I explained to them I had already put down deposit on this piece of equipment, and even offered to pay them more money, but they refused-- once again in rude and condescending fashion. This is has put me a terrible spot. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. Not reliable, terrible communication.
