    Clean and affordable! Seems safe but I've only been here less than a month. They have a clean bathroom as well which adds to their appeal.

An excellent and trustworthy option for anyone in the area needing storage. The customer service I experienced is unmatched. Jennifer went above and beyond to help me find the right size unit for my belongings. Jennifer & Marco were professional, welcoming and genuinely cared about my experience with their company. Marco provided cold bottles of water while moving. This level of service is rare and made my entire move far more easy. Choosing Extra Space Storage is a great decision. Jennifer offered me a great move-in promotion. The facility is extremely clean and secure, with amenities like: locked gates for security, cameras, a loading dock, dollies and moving carts. It's a great value for the price, and your belongings will be safe.

    I was renting out a storage space from here, while I admit I was behind I called them early…read moreFebruary and was told I had til March 11th to make a payment. On the Saturday Feb 21st I received a text that said my move out was successful. Clearly confused I called and received a voicemail. I left a voicemail. With no call back. I called during the week and was told that there was no account associated with my phone number and that the unit I was inquiring about was listed to rent. I pushed for more answers and they couldn't give me any. I explained the situation. The "manager on duty" said the permanent manager would call me the following day. The next day I waited and called at 10am I was then informed that because my unit was "too big" and didn't have a lot of stuff in it they assumed I had abandoned it. And threw everything away. My daughter's new born stuff, my purses everything I had in there. Even though the person I spoke with said my deadline was March 11th. After realizing they screwed up the issue was then escalated to the regional or general manager, Matt. I spoke with Matt briefly and he apologized and owned up to the mistake. They the offered me $500 and to clear the balance that was owed. I told him I would get back to him because I was too upset to make a decision. That Monday I called him back and decided to take the amount offered even though I KNOW I could sue them for what they did. I was told I would get a call back if they would be able to refund me via check. I was also told direct deposit would be within 5-7 days and a check would be 7-10. I never got a call. Fast forward 3 weeks. Still no check or direct deposit refund. I called Matt once more. He said that Friday they would be issuing the check. We are now 2 weeks past that date still no check, still no direct deposit. All my sentimental values of my daughter are gone. Letters her father wrote me while he was in the navy.... GONE. And no sense of urgency on their part.
