Nothing special booked a move-in truck the day before as I have done…read morein the past same size same dimensions typically about $60 plus the additional for gas went in to get the same size truck this morning.. we come to the part where I had to pay the fee I thought the dude said $4.51 guy turns around tells me it's $451 for three hours just to go to London impact that's completely outrageous in this economy those prices and keep in mind. U-Haul is an American company. Canadians can't afford that. I understand if I'm going to Toronto and back those prices would make sense but go less than an hour away and immediately back to Sarnia for nearly $500 is mine shattering. I would not recommend U-Haul. They might have a lot of vehicles but they certainly don't have the clients best interest at heart when it comes to the pricing they'll give you excuses like we don't make the prices. It's an American company then perhaps U-Haul should go back to America. I am very deeply disappointed in this U-Haul location guy tells me that's always been his prices. I pulled out my receipt from last time and showed them. I only paid a total of $70 with gas and mileage and then he tells me on Friday. They have a premium on all their vehicles so you're paying $1.95 per mile on gas plus the kilometers I don't think so. Thank you but I went to Home Depot and got a vehicle $80 for the whole day same size truck as U-Haul offered me at a significantly reduced cost and their home depot vehicles come with Bluetooth and more modern up-to-date standards for a moving vehicle, whereas U-Haul is literally a giant tin can hardly clean. I don't know. My overall opinion is I wouldn't recommend U-Haul unless you have a significant amount of money that you can blow in less than two minutes and not give it a second thought but if you're a regular every day hard-working independent consumer for you and your family then U-Haul is most definitely not the place for you or your loved ones. U-Haul used to be for the people but it's moved away from that now it's more into the money and that's all it care about and it used to be affordable, but with today's economy, U-Haul is no longer a viable option. Certainly not for affordability my God, my absolutely irritated and pissed off. I would've spent more on the truck rental itself than on the actual purchase that I was going to pick up U-Haul please take note if you see this review at this location you need to do something about your prices or you guys are not going to be in business very long as far as the truck rentals go.

Michelle was always friendly on the phone before we got to town, and once we moved here, she was always smiling when we saw her. Office is clean and tidy, with moving supplies available. What secured our choice here was the buy back of the locks and a prorated return after we vacated a unit, NO ONE ELSE DOES THAT. The only drawback is the main entrance needs leveling, but if you get there while someone is on duty they can let you in through a more level entrance, We were told leveling and paving are being discussed. If we need more storage in the future we will choose here.
