Michelle was always friendly on the phone before we got to town, and once we moved here, she was always smiling when we saw her. Office is clean and tidy, with moving supplies available. What secured our choice here was the buy back of the locks and a prorated return after we vacated a unit, NO ONE ELSE DOES THAT. The only drawback is the main entrance needs leveling, but if you get there while someone is on duty they can let you in through a more level entrance, We were told leveling and paving are being discussed. If we need more storage in the future we will choose here.
