I am sure they think I will forget about this and let it go. I promise This will not be the case! I will continue to post and update consumers. This is the WORST moving company in Michigan! I didnt need help with basic housekeeping--I needed help with taming an overwhelming amount of mess. There was too much clutter for a basic vacuum, sweep, mop that a lot of other cleaners come into the house expecting to do. It was nice to be able to have help to be able to see my floor again and get the dishes and laundry back to a manageable level. Talking to them, it was clear that they understood what it was like to get overwhelmed with housework, and were able to figure out the most efficient areas to focus on to help reduce the chaos in the time they had available.

Ed, the owner of Set In Stone, responded first phone call, arrived on time for our appointment, and looked at our project with confidence and professionalism. Throughout the project we could call and ask questions or change things, he never got angry or impatient with us. Our project was his project. He made us feel like he really cared that we were going to be happy. Now no renovation is going to be without its problems, but patience with each other and pulling together made it all come out beautiful in the end. You have to be your own advocate, checking that things are done the way you like, but if you stay involved daily and are a reasonable person you should have a good experience. Ed walked onto our property the first time a stranger, but I feel like he's walking off, after 7 months from start to finish, a friend.

I required the services of a crane for a heavy lift in Algonac, MI…read more. After checking around, Raymond Excavating was recommended to me. Their pricing was explained to me and a rate sheet was forwarded for my approval. After making numerous phone calls to coordinate the shipper, transportation and delivery, and the crane crew, everything finally came together. They sent a 65 ton crane to Algonac and after setting up, the lift went off without a hitch. Although they arrived less than 10 minutes before the scheduled delivery, I was not charged overtime for their services. It took a little while to do the set-up, and they immediately recognized any hindrances to the job. We adapted their equipment to the job and proceeded with the lift. Having operated cranes in the Navy, I can appreciate the professionalism of the crane crew and their methodical work habits. All in all, good office staff (Darlene) and a professional crane crew. I look forward to working with them in the future.
