I could not be happier with the results of their efforts duing my move. I was concerned that they would have a difficult time getting some of my furniture and appliances up and down a couple of curved staircases. Being made of oak I knew any bump or scratch was going to show - big time. Jeff said not to worry and padded them top to bottom before even attempting to move past them. Long story short - all went perfectly. (and a lot faster than I thought possible). This was a long haul move for me so I won't have the opportunity to call on them again. Every step of the process there was clear, professional and prompt service. We couldn't be happier with the services provided. Tim, Trenton and Tyler treated our possessions like their own, asked lots of questions and didn't hesitate to adjust along the way. There was alot of time/attention put into packing the trucks to assure our items arrived safely. There was no damage to anything! When the moving truck filled up quickly, Tim suggested he grab another truck from nearby so the move could be completed in one day. We appreciated that foresight and not adding an extra day to the moving process. It was one long day and these guys never stopped moving and went above and beyond assisting with disassembly and reassembly, furniture placement, organizing and cleanup.
