Finally got a call back several hours later, said they did the alignment. Went to pick it up, got a list of excuses as to why the car handles poorly, bad tires, bad struts etc.. Why did they do the Alignment if the struts are bad? Did not call to ask, I would have said not to do it as replacing Struts Requires alignment. I got stuck paying for an alignment that was useless, wait, it gets better. I took the car to a different shop, had them check out the car, they said the struts were fine, the tires were worn, but would be ok, however the Alignment was horrible. I opted to buy new tires and have them do an alignment, Funny thing is, why did it require the technicians to get out a torch to loosen the alignment bolts if the car had been aligned 2 weeks prior???? The car now drives better than new, of course no thanks to Port Huron Tire.
