I'm incredibly frustrated by what happened to my car at this shop. I own an S2000 that I baby more…read morethan my 718, F87 M2C, and G29 Z4. So before trusting anyone with it, I did a thorough search of shops in my area to make sure it would get the highest-quality treatment. Bodymotion had touchless tire-mounting equipment and solid customer reviews, so I decided to bring my S2000 here and pay the premium they charge. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed damage on the fender that wasn't there before. I pointed it out, and they claimed it was pre-existing and that they'd noted it before starting service. I hand washed this car the day before drop-off. There is no way I would have missed cosmetic damage like this. They then told me it was caused by my oversized tires. While the tires are larger than stock, I had the fenders rolled to fit them properly and have run this setup without issue for 20 years. As "proof," they showed a photo taken before the work. But it was shot from a distance, the supposed damage is barely visible, and a photo like that proves nothing, since it could just as easily have been taken after the damage occurred. At no point would they acknowledge even the possibility that the damage happened in their care, which made further dialogue pointless. Customers beware. If you still choose to bring your car here, insist on a documented pre-inspection of the entire vehicle with a staff member before any work begins, and photograph everything yourself. I came in for a tire change and got it. But I'm now left hunting for a body shop to repair my fender, and it certainly won't be this one. Edit: Found a photo from a month ago (newly added). So it's either the damage occurred over the last month, which is unlikely because it barely gets driven ('02 MY and 35k miles), or damaged post drop-off. You be the judge.

Not only do they have a legitimate aftermarket stock auto parts, of all types & for all major makes…read moreand models of vehicles but you will spend close to HALF the price if you were to go to a dealership or any other mechanic in the local area (that I have looked into myself, personally, anyway). My favorite aspect of this shop, in particular, happens to be that they guarantee all of their work so if something goes wrong with the replaced or fixed part, whatever time limit they have agreed-upon; depending on the price points and work you got done, you get it repaired, again, completely for free (just in case you didn't know/fully understand what "our work is fully guaranteed" means). Not to mention take a look at the picture, which is also incentive as to why I made this post in the first place (: Trust me, you want to come here!

It actually pains me to give them a negative review as I have been bringing my cars here for over…read morethirty years. Paul has done right by me in the past. That being said customer service is not very good anymore. I bought my car in to be repaired after I was hit by a moron. My first complaint is that I had to play phone tag just to get the initial estimate. They never return phone calls when you ask them to call back. I shouldn't be chasing them down for an estimate and for them to do their job. They said the job would take two weeks. I asked if they could do it any sooner and they said they could order the parts and match the paint prior to dropping the car off which would speed things up. three weeks later I go in to pick up my car and there are flaws in the paint work (necessitating a repaint) and they failed to repair a trim piece that was damaged. So now because I have to gout of town for business I will be without my car for a month. End of the day as with most businesses nowadays, they could care less about customer service, but they want to get paid right away.

Stay away from this shop if you value your time and money…read more I dropped off my 2017 Audi Q7 after hours and left a written note clearly stating that the steering rack had failed after a storm. I wasn't asking them to diagnose an unknown issue--I already knew the problem. I simply needed to know if they were able to repair it. Instead, they kept my vehicle for four days, then called me only to tell me exactly what I had already written in my note. After that, they admitted they couldn't perform the repair because they don't have anyone who can program the steering system. If they knew they weren't equipped to do this type of repair, they should have told me immediately instead of wasting four days of my time. They then charged me $170 for a diagnosis I never requested and even listed inspections that I never authorized. The worst part was their attitude. When I questioned why I was being charged for something I had already identified myself, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they threatened to call the police. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I felt that my time and money were not respected, and I will never return. I strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for honest and professional service.
