We arrive at appointment time and because someone failed to write our appointment down we were turned down with no empathy nor were they apologetic about it. Kerry even admitted it! When I got to the shop, she immediately recognized me which alleviated a lot of anxiety. the others in the shop also spoke with me and were polite. The design that she drew up went far beyond my expectations. I absolutely love her work and will definitely be going back. We both were walk-ins and were able to have a good amount of time to have a consultation. My husband got a Chinese lantern done by Cuda. Cuda did a phenomenal job at explaining and breaking down the whole process. He also elevated my husband's original idea into something unique whilst still keeping the elements that my husband wanted. I got a lantern done by Rocky. Rocky took the pictures I had shown him and created something more personal to me. He also was quick to adjust what I liked and disliked. During the session, Rocky was pleasant to talk to and made sure I was doing well for the whole process. Overall, we both are thrilled with our tattoos and will be back to finish/get new ones from the two artists mentioned. It's worth the three hour drive from Oklahoma to Texas for us!
