They overcharged the Medicare approved amount and refuse to refund me $128 over a $20 dispute with my secondary insurance.

Poor office staff. Trouble getting medical records from prior doctor. Sent fax to wrong numbers…read more Although, I have 3 insurance policies, claimed a picture taken of my eye was not covered and costs $39.00. Cost never discussed until checkout. Claimed can only use one insurance per day. Called insurance and said that was false. Just a scam to get more than what insurance will pay. A little extra from each patient. I will be filing a complaint with Medicare and state. Can't recommend this office to anyone. I won't be going back.

Brad Snead determined the problem immediately and sent me to Heather, the optometrist in the office. She was so wonderful with me and went over all of my options. We scheduled an apt for 2 days later in the Naples office. She drove from the Ft Myers office just to see me and fix my glasses with a sticker. My son came with me and we both went on and on about how fantastic she was with me! I highly recommend this office for all of your eye care needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will be switching to Snead Eye Group from my current eye doctor! Thank you!!!! Unfortunately, I have to edit this post. Dr. Snead failed me. I was there for diplopia and Dr. Snead quickly passed it off as an acute condition that would most likely resolve itself. It continued to worsen so I went to another ophthalmologist who immediately sent me for an MRI. They found multiple lesions in my brain. If I had not gone for a second opinion I wouldn't have know that I have cancer that had spread to my brain causing my vision problems. Dr. Snead may be knowledgeable, but he needs to do a better job of educating patients and spending enough time with them to know what is really going on. I will not be going back. Heather was a great optician though so if you just need glasses, she is great.

I had a cataract surgery almost 2 months ago, performed by Dr. Boyd Vaziri…read more Dr.Vaziri consulted me and helped me to make a decision aboutt type of lenses would be best for me. It was not an easy process to choose. But Dr. Vaziri was confident in his advise and he was right! I like my "new eyes"! Everyone in the office are very professional, especially Nicole. She took extra steps to explain details, also she answered to my, so called "emergency" calls when I had after surgery questions... I had professional high class medical care. I honestly recommend Dr. Vaziri and "Fisher Eye & Laser Center".

In addition to my growing cataract problem, my vision had steadily declined over 45 years periodically requiring stronger and stronger lenses. (Suddenly, at age 40, I couldn't read a newspaper.) While I don't recall who suggested Fisher Eye, it was only good luck that I wound up with Dr. Vaziri who suggested that my cataract removal could include a lens replacement that would eliminate my having to wear any glasses at all. Apparently, a fairly recent development in artificial lenses that would focus far, near, and in between was becoming routine and would work for me, even at my ripe old age of 85. Wow, I'm now, completely glasses free with 20/20 vision! Thank you, Dr. Vaziri. The procedure is not inexpensive, but, in my estimation worth it. No hassle, no pain, only gain. And "voila", I can now wear ordinary sunglasses! Stu Burr Bonita Springs, Fl
