When you walk in you're greeted by the front desk, the ladies up front are kind and intelligent. Dr. Sagona guided me through the process of an eye exam and was easy to talk to. She has a good demeanor that makes you feel comfortable. Her husband Sam is the one who helps you choose out your actual glasses and he knows all about lenses and frames. Funny enough I had to come back the next day because my eyes were so dilated I could hardly see, and they were completely fine with that! I get my glasses in 1-2 weeks and I'm very excited. Overall a really awesome experience and I look forward to my continued relationship with them.

They did not have a pair of frames that would fit my lens. After asking a couple of questions - when the last time was that I had my eyes checked, were the lens in my existing glasses the current prescription, etc.--they agreed that they could read the prescription off my existing lens and make up a new set of glasses. I agreed and they said that they'd have my new glasses ready early the next week. They called two days later and said that my new glasses were ready; I picked them up Friday -- what a quick turnaround! Nice that they accepted walk-ins. Very friendly and efficient staff. In addition to my growing cataract problem, my vision had steadily declined over 45 years periodically requiring stronger and stronger lenses. (Suddenly, at age 40, I couldn't read a newspaper.) While I don't recall who suggested Fisher Eye, it was only good luck that I wound up with Dr. Vaziri who suggested that my cataract removal could include a lens replacement that would eliminate my having to wear any glasses at all. Apparently, a fairly recent development in artificial lenses that would focus far, near, and in between was becoming routine and would work for me, even at my ripe old age of 85. Wow, I'm now, completely glasses free with 20/20 vision! Thank you, Dr. Vaziri. The procedure is not inexpensive, but, in my estimation worth it. No hassle, no pain, only gain. I am used to going to the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins Medical Center for routine care and was thoroughly impressed with Rockman and Lens Crafter Opthomologist and Optometrists. Advanced equipment with a doctor and Optometrists who really care. I was thoroughly impressed and would give Lens Crafter Rockman Eye Associates 11 stars out of 10. The doctor took time to explain all of the steps in the testing and was very personable. My husband went to this location and doctor in the past month and recommended this location to me. The appointment was thorough and efficient. I selected my frames and my glasses will be ready in a week. I could not be happier!

I took them into the store and was told they were delaminating and V O was able to get me a new pair at n/c. In 6 months the new lenses started delaminating. I called V O and asked them to call the company that made them, Essilor, to see if they would replace the faulty product and was told that Essilor would not replace the faulty lenses. V. O. said that the company had had issues with some lamination combinations. BUYER BEWARE of lenses made by Essilor . i'M OUT $1,000 AND NO GLASSES.

I believe I didn't listen to his initial timeframe. My follow-up visit was significantly more efficient than my initial visit. This practice operates on a one-person basis. I am astounded by the doctor's ability to maintain order and efficiency. The staff in the back of the practice exhibits a high level of professionalism, while I cannot say the same about the staff in the front.

He arrived 15 minutes early they were efficient and we were in and out in half and hour. This eye group has 4 doctors. They have newer equipment for the eye test and people seemed happy. Fairly nice waiting room furniture comfy chairs plenty out front. Parking is close by up front. The office is willing to bill your insurance as a courtesey plus they are aware that after a eye test they offer the funky sunshield, after you get dialated so you don't get blinded when you get on the road. Since I'm an old fart now m1y eyes are starting to improve and they have been stabile for the last 7 years. yeah!
