Shine Mobile Detailing came to my rescue. Jackson, the owner, was able to come to me the next day. He washed and deoderized the trunk and cab, taking the time to make sure he was able to get rid of the smell and make sure nothing was left behind. He brought his own water system as well. I couldn't be there after nine am to drop the vehicle off, but he has a drop box option where you can park the car and drop off the keys. He was very communicative throughout the process and spent all day working on my car. It wasn't ready until 3 p.m., and it was evident that they had worked hard to clean it. The smell and dog hairs are gone. He even recommended that we change a filter he suspected was full of dog hair. He even showed me how to access the filter and where I could purchase it. Due to rain and snow, we rescheduled a couple of times, and finally we had a cold but dry day! Patrick was communicative and early. He did a great job of explaining what he would be doing to my vehicle (it is a couple of years old but never professionally detailed since purchase). I had a little pet hair, but I was not charged extra fees for the attention to this. He did wash my rubber mats that I have on top of my floor mats, which was a nice touch.
