Don't know what the other review was all about, but I think they got the wrong business. I took my Nissan Titan there the other day to get a quote for them to buff out some clear coat scratches. They were very quick to look at it and confirm they could do the work (several other shops sent me to other places). They told me to bring in the truck whenever I could and the work would take about an hour and a half. I brought the truck in earlier today, around Noon. They were very prompt to pull it into the shop, and gave me updates often. The work ended up taking less than an hour. The staff was extremely courteous, and the guy that did the work came with me to look over the vehicle and make sure I was happy. Overall I don't think they could have done anything better. I'd be happy to recommend anyone go there when they need some work done. read more

Seriously, don't go. They told me 2 of my lug nuts were stripped... And handed me keys to a car without 2 lug nuts to drive off their lot. Ridiculous. Also, I had an appointment, but they took 3.5h to change my oil & rotate/balance my tires... Which is funny since when I came back after 2 hours, my car was still parked in the lot, waiting for servicing. read more

They've had my wife's vehicle for seven weeks, currently with no end in sight. When we check the status, there is a new issue-every time, as if they are figuring it out as they go. Because they've had the vehicle so long, our insurance rental has expired. Essentially, their inefficiency is costing us each day. Kenny, the manager, claims that the job is complex- They're a body shop... This is what they do. Most professionals don't offer complexity as justification for not doing a job. Beyond excuses, he offered nothing along the lines of an accommodation. It's been seven weeks. I see other positive reviews, and truthfully I too have had much better experiences with Pomoco. This review is for Olin, who does reconditioning and detailing work. Omg he is so awesome! Brought my 2012 Dodge Challenger for a reconditioning before I take it overseas, left it for the day and came back to a totally different car! It looked better than the day I bought it! He got all of the scratch and rub marks out, the only thing he couldn't fix were the large chips in the paint and the cops in the windshield. He even cleaned up the engine bay. I usually like this dealership however I brought my 2012 Nissan Versa in to fix a break light and get a routine oil change. I drove my car to ACE hardware and then all of a sudden my car would not start. I called them, fussed with Bill over the phone because I could not understand how my car was working perfectly and now it is not. I did purchase the battery from them because he did agree to waive the labor. I appreciated it. A week later my wife is driving and the car cuts off. Honestly not sure how that can all happen from a routine oil change and a break light repair. Now they want to charge me $136 for a full diagnostics. All this over an oil change and brake light repair. No offense but this is the reason why I don't trust mechanics. I stop going to Jiffy Lubes and started going to dealerships because of this very issue, always seems like a have a problem that I did not come in with. Edit: We took our car back up to Pomoco and got the manager Scott. He performed a full diagnostics on my car no charge and even followed up with me to make sure that my car was running properly. This is the level of support that should have been extended from the beginning and his employees should follow his example. read more

Bought a car there several years ago. Ok until I used their garage, free inspection, oil change etc. Failed inspection. My lights were said to have film. Long story short, just held me hostage to buy headlight cleaning, $95. Waste of money. Then it passed. Another inspection, failed, light bulb out.Impossible. I inspected all lights, fried did back up, brake lights etc. Leary of that place. 2 stars only because of fast lane(advantage) and front desk lady friendly. Absolutely WONDERFUL service here. I cannot emphasis enough how well they treat their costumers and how great the quality of work is. Sabrina was easy to work with over the phone, polite, informative, etc. She represented the collision center with a friendly face and wonderful costumer service. Marcus was the technician that worked on my vehicle. (I got rear ended and was getting a few dents and scratched out of the back bumper.) He went above and beyond- doing more than expected of him- and now my bumper looks brand new. They were very accommodating with my tight schedule and got the work done fast.
