When I called your office in severe pain, your office staff went to work to get me in for help. When I was fit into your busy schedule, about 5 days out, I explained to your staff I was desperate and starting up the school year with my 4th grade class after the weekend.. The lady I spoke with, put me on hold for a few seconds, and fit me in the very next morning. This kindness made a huge difference to me, and I thank your staff for caring. She did not have to accommodate me, but she did. Upon entering your office, I was warmly greeted by your front staff. Your assistant (whose name I sadly can't recall right now) was professional, thorough and proactive. She listened to my frustration about the previous dentist who for whatever reason was not able to diagnose the problem that you were able to identify immediately and treat with antibiotics and pain relief. From the moment I walked in everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. I had originally gone in to check the place out and maybe schedule a future appointment. I'm new to the area and was looking for a new dentists. Fortunately for me they had a cancellation at the time I arrived and were able to take me back within moments. Talk about luck! Anyway, I was really pleased with Dr. T's gentle hand (I've had cleanings in the past that we're not that great and a bit painful tbh, but this was a positive experience overall). He also gave me a recommendation for an orthodontist which was pretty cool. Overall a really friendly easy-going staff. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
