I can't thank you enough for your most kind and gentle care, along with immediate assistance with my emergency dental problem. When I called your office in severe pain, your office staff went to work to get me in for help. When I was fit into your busy schedule, about 5 days out, I explained to your staff I was desperate and starting up the school year with my 4th grade class after the weekend.. The lady I spoke with, put me on hold for a few seconds, and fit me in the very next morning. This kindness made a huge difference to me, and I thank your staff for caring. She did not have to accommodate me, but she did. Upon entering your office, I was warmly greeted by your front staff. Your assistant (whose name I sadly can't recall right now) was professional, thorough and proactive. She listened to my frustration about the previous dentist who for whatever reason was not able to diagnose the problem that you were able to identify immediately and treat with antibiotics and pain relief. Not only that, but you set me up with an action plan and referred me to other dental professionals to fix my situation afterwards. Actually, he was referred to me by my equally talented regular dentist, which is even better. I have extreme bone loss in my jaw, getting worse all the time, and I lost all of my teeth. I also lost all of my implants put in by another dr because of the bone loss. I wasn't able to eat solid food for almost two years. I was horribly depressed, and so sick of cup-of-soup I wanted to destroy their factory. Dr. Nelson found a solution, a special kind of implant, and I am back to chewing! There are a few things I can't eat, just a few, but do I care?!? Dr. Nelson is a godsend and I will forever be in his debt.

I feel Dr. Nelson mislead and lied he know's what is paid and what is not paid. When I worked in billing I knew exactly what would be paid and what would not be paid. As well as I'm sure his billing staff do.
