Sooooo, it was pretty much a no brainer to go with Bryan and Heidi at fresh coat. They were professional, showed up on a time (both for the quote and the project), gave me a quote that same day and made sure we were happy before we paid our remaining balance. It did take them extra day and one light got broken but to be realistic these things are pretty normal and happen when you have contractors in your home. They did a good job, are fairly priced, and I would recommend them.

I had…read morecontacted a few companies, and they were either overpriced or not willing to take on the job, which I thought in my case would be very simple. Lupe suggested I get the ceiling tiles on my own and just pay him labor cost. I lucked out and located the ceiling tiles on the cheap brand new at Lowes. I set up for Mr Cerda to come and do the work on a Saturday, and they were fashionably late due to another job that held over. No big deal. They completed the ceiling tile repai in about an hour and a half and cleaned up and were on their way. I highly recommend Guadalupe for your drywall needs!

The quote was within the range of what I was expecting for this type conversion. Joseph and his crew did an excellent job and gave me just what we wanted while making some great suggestions which were incorporated into the build. They took great care of containing the demo and construction dust, and had a cleaning person come at the end to clean the whole bathroom.
