Pretty busy place! They have 2 self service kiosks where you would place your orders, and the seating area is on a first come first serve basis. It can get pretty crowded and Tteokbokki loud inside quickly. They offer food type snacks such as ramen; Korean rice dogs; and Tteokbokki. We got our order fairly quick. I would say the twoha yogurt drink was not the best; it tasted really yogurtey and had a sour aftertaste. I thought that it would have been on the sweeter side. But overall everything was pretty good!
I came in on a Sunday night at seven and was surprised at how bustling this cafe was. There was a mix of young and old, enjoying drinks and desserts. You can also order ramen and some savory items like teokbokki. They stay open pretty late and it looks like some people were camped out there studying. I ordered the sweet potato basque cheesecake. It wasn't overly sweet and had a mild sweet potato flavor. Twoha's is located on the second floor of a mini mall next to Spaland. I'm definitely going to drop in after I get my next body scrub at Spaland.
Located on the second floor of a shopping center, this trendy spot has plenty of seats and is open pretty late (12-1am). It was crowded despite arriving close to midnight! The portions were huge and the deserts were super tasty. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake bingsu and Dubai chocolate deserts. It was hard to stop eating and is a dangerous place to go to if you have a sweet tooth. Lots of people here seemed to either be hanging out playing card games, board games, or reading, working, and studying. Seems like the place to be on a late night in Duluth.
Finally made it to Twoha's!!! Several people have posted how crowded it can get so I went on a random afternoon and had plenty of room and no wait to order at the kiosk. I had the Twoha's signature latte and the Dubai chocolate croffle. Both were so delicious. The seating had tables both out in the open and also in little cubbies. I enjoyed my time and look forward to trying more places.
This is my late night studying cafe as they are open late til like 2am. I usually come here for the lively bustle and delicious desserts. I love the atmosphere since its almost always very lively. The service is mixed. On some days the hosts are very nice and kind. on others, it seems as if they are annoyed. I love the desserts here. the Bingsu is always the best in the area and I prefer the black sesame bingsu. The amount of sweets and quantity is always a pleasure to eat. There are pricier items I think are overpriced such as the ramen and certain drinks. The reason for less stars is that I think the drink quantity for fresh fruit is significantly filled with ice as you can see in my picture. However, I still recommend their desserts.
TwoHas Cafe is my new favorite spot in Duluth! I ended up staying for a few hours cause it's the perfect place to work quiet enough to focus, but with a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte and it was absolutely delicious. The matcha was smooth and earthy, balanced perfectly by the sweetness of the strawberry and so creamy!! All the other menu items looked so good!! They have croffles, bingsoo, Dubai chocolate strawberries and even tang hulu!! Whether you're looking for a great drink, a peaceful place to work, or just somewhere to unwind, TwoHas Cafe checks all the boxes. I'll definitely be back soon! Terminé quedándome unas horas porque es el lugar perfecto para trabajar lo suficientemente tranquilo como para concentrarse, pero con un ambiente cálido y acogedor que te hace querer quedarte más tiempo. Pedí el latte de matcha de fresa y estaba absolutamente delicioso. El matcha era suave, perfectamente equilibrado por la dulzura de la fresa y muy cremoso! Todos los demás elementos del menú se veían muy buenos! Tienen croffles, bingsoo, fresas de chocolate de Dubai e incluso tang hulu!! I've probably stopped by over 7 times already. I love the quality of the desserts and drinks. Desserts are perfect. Super fluffy on the inside and buttery crisp on the outside.. usually presented just beautiful. Desserts i usually get are the Nutella fish bread.. it has a mochi bread, so not your typical. Croffles and bingsoo are so good too. I always order the watermelon slush when it's in season. Deliciously refreshing What is a hassle is that this place is usually always super busy so could be difficult to find seating and it can get loud, so not really great for studying but not a bad place for dessert for crowds if you put your tables together.
I've been to this cafe multiple times over the past year and every time is a great experience. I've only ever been at night, but I'm sure during the day is an equally great time as the atmosphere is always lively and they have fun decorations for every holiday. The place is actually huge, but they have so many side seating areas that it doesn't feel overwhelming; the sections help block out the sound pretty well. Ordering is done at one of the three kiosks, and since it's a popular spot, there can be a long line. Once you've ordered, they send a text when it's ready so you can just hang out at your table. You can technically order at the front, but the baristas are usually slammed, so I'd stick to the kiosks. I've worked my way through a lot of the menu by now. My go-to drink is the vanilla oat milk latte, but the mango fruit juice is so good I wish I could buy it by the jug! The strawberry tang hulu is heaven, and if you're with a group, you have to get the strawberry cheesecake bingsoo. They recently added fries to the menu so we shared the parmesan fries--perfectly crisp--and I tried the ramen rice dog, which was a surprisingly good flavor and texture combo. My sister-in-law also finally tried banana matcha here and loved it! I actually got hooked on spicy Buldak noodles after having them here for the first time and my little sister always asks for me to bring home an order of the Nutella fish bread. Added plus, the "crookie" has such an interesting texture combo--definitely worth a try.
Outstanding Korean cafe, place was popping when we went and stayed busy the whole time we were there. We got a dessert and a drink, everything was delicious. Prices were decent especially if you're sharing a dessert. The ordering process is all digital so you're able to see what you're ordering before you purchasing it which is cool. Overall great place.
Always a very busy spot due to its variety and hours! Loved that they are open later. Finally got around to writing this review even though I've been here countless amount of times. Their increasing popularity definitely can use longer wait times for tables or even desserts. I feel like my experiences has varied and not very consistent. Sometimes the matcha is way tooo sweet and sometimes it's not sweet and watered down instead. One time they also completely forgot and lost my order after waiting an hour on some shaved ice (lol). But I would say my favorite thing to get here is definitely the tiramisu! The tiramisu is always consistent and good. Service was really varies here, you order on the kiosk and pick up in front. In the beginning, their service was really not nice and so I think the kiosk was definitely great additions. Sometimes they also have items missing online, such as the tiramisu and when you and about it they'll just say just order on the kiosk. Overall though this place serves late night desserts which keeps people coming back.
My friends and I walked in on a Saturday night and it was really crowded. We ordered on the kisok thing and shared a strawberry cheesecake bingsoo. It was around $24 which is overpriced. It was decent but probably wouldn't get again. We waited around 30 min between waiting in line and waiting for the food to be ready.

TwoHa's Cafe is a Korean cafe presumably named after Hyo Jin Ha and Young Joo Ha, whose names I got from the ServSafe Certifications posted at the bar. Korean sisters, perhaps? This place is known for: (1) their broad and unique selection of coffee-based drinks (e.g., lattes, frappes), non-coffee lattes, teas, juices, sodas, and refreshers and (2) their desserts, specifically waffles, croffles and crookies (hybrid croissant-waffles and croissant-cookies, like cronuts), tiramisu, fish bread, and bingsu (Korean shaved ice). They also offer Korean street food and snacks like tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cakes), Korean corndogs, tanghulu (Chinese rock-candy-coated fruits on skewers), and ramen. The ramen is the same kind of instant ramen that you can get at the grocery store. However, TwoHa's has a "ramen bar" where you prepare the ramen yourself. What makes TwoHa's different from the multitude of Korean bakery and cafes in metro Atlanta and beyond is: (1) it's not a bakery with baskets of self-serve, fresh-baked daily breads and other baked goods and (2) it's not a chain with multiple locations; at least, not yet. It's also not as European-cafe/bistro-influenced in style and design. For example, I'm thinking of places like White Windmill, Mozart, Paris Baguette, and Vincent. For a Korean cafe, TwoHa's beats more to its own drum. It's more simple, neutral, and understated in its decor. TwoHa's opened in December 2022. It's located on the second level of Duluth International Village -- the sprawling, two-story Spa Land shopping center on North Berkeley Lake Road. Same shopping center as Korean and Chinese restaurants Jang Won Jung (oldest restaurant tenant here now, I believe), Xi Hotpot, Hwangso Gopchang, Taste of China, So Gong Dong, and K-Mom's Kitchen. Like GW Marketplace (Sweet Hut Duluth shopping center) and Peachtree Pavilion (H Mart Doraville shopping center), Duluth International Village has a higher occupancy rate and is a lot more happening these days compared to 15-20 years ago. The cafe is fairly big and spacious, with both indoor and outdoor seating. In terms of size, it's more comparable to Sweet Hut Duluth rather than one of the aforementioned smaller Korean bakery-cafes. During our Sunday night visit, this place was teeming with teens and twentysomethings, though there were some older groups too, including middle-aged folks. The atmosphere was hoppin'. Our group of seven almost couldn't find an open table. I think we snagged the last one that was big enough. Most groups were hanging out and socializing, but there were also several tables of young people with their laptops out, presumably studying. I saw one person gaming. The Wi-Fi network was Twohas and the Wi-Fi password was Twohas1234. Ordering could only be done via one of two kiosks with touchscreens and card readers. On a busy night, the placement of these kiosks wasn't ideal because it created a bottleneck. People standing in line were in the way of those trying to pick up orders, get water, go to the ramen bar, go to the restroom, drop off used plates, trays, etc., or simply trying to find a table and sit down. What TwoHa's really needs is a dedicated space for the ordering line, but maybe it's not a problem most of the time. Here's what we ordered: Coffee * Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte ($6.29) - with almond milk (+$1.00) Sweet Tea * Citron Tea ($5.99) Sparkling Ade * TwoHa's Cream Soda x2 ($6.99) * Pink Grapefruit Ade ($6.99) Croffles * Banana Nutella Croffle ($13.99) * Lotus Biscoff Croffle ($13.99) Fish Bread * Red Bean Fish Bread ($14.99) - five pieces Desserts * Sweet Potato Basque Cheesecake ($8.99) In general, I thought everything was good. They did a great job with the presentation. The drinks and desserts - desserts especially - really popped in appearance. Even a simple drink like the Citron Tea was served in a nice mug with a carefully-placed slice of lemon and sprig of rosemary. The Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte was terrific, creamy and not too sweet. I enjoyed the Cream Soda, which was distinctively bright blue in color and came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and cherry on top. My wife didn't like it and thought it was weird. The Croffles and Fish Bread were excellent. The Croffles had fantastic texture. They were crispy on the outside and warm, soft, and delectable on the inside. I don't think you can go wrong with any of TwoHa's Croffle varieties. Both the Banana Nutella and Lotus Biscoff versions we had were topped with scoops of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, parsley, and dried orange. I'm a fan of Korean Fish Bread (bungeo-ppang). I loved TwoHa's version because of their size (big) and freshness. They were really appetizing. They had Sweet Potato and Nutella fillings too, but I prefer Red Bean. The Sweet Potato Basque Cheesecake looked better than it tasted. It wasn't very sweet and just a little bland. It was topped with a scoop of strawberry ice cream with rosemary and drizzled with sliced almonds.

Sweet Potato Fish Bread-Delicious! Warm, filled with sweet potato-gives a pumpkin/sweet potato pie vibe. Served with whipped cream which was a plus! Ocean Blue Latte- Strong espresso, not super sweet floral orange citrus aroma with a salty cream top-refreshing! Irish Cream Latte-Strong! Cream Top with a nice taste but more artificial Irish cream flavor-not bad! Iced Pistachio Late-My Favorite! Great pistachio flavor! Not super strong and lightly sweetened with a cream top. 10/10 Cream Soda-Tastes like sprite with ice cream. If you know what Yakult is, this tastes just like it. Not my favorite but my little one enjoyed it. The ambiance is ok, pretty minimal, modern, & has some individual booths for privacy but it was really busy on a Sunday early evening. Visiting this cafe was the perfect end to a perfect day! After hours at the spa nearby, my group decided to have a treat before we went our separate ways. It was delightful. Service was fast - using the self pay and order system is a great exposure to what our future looks like. Not long after ordering, our items were ready. Presentation was phenomenal! Smoke and flare! It was dreamy without paying dream prices. Something about that dry ice magic made my day! We brought our daughter here for her birthday. It's hidden behind some buildings but once you get there, you'll find lots of other Korean shops as well. The food was great and the selection was huge. It's a fun atmosphere with people of all ages and it stays open late, so that brings in kids studying as well. We also got her the desserts with the steaming dry ice. She had a great time! read more

It was alright. I've been to other bingsu places with half less of a wait and price with twice as much seating; I'd save a trip from here unless you want to go for the presentation. The matcha bingsu ended up being more red bean and less matcha bingsu, which was a huge disappointment since we waited for 40 minutes. I had a pistachio latte as well that isn't pictured, and it tasted like straight up pistachio flavoring from a bottle at the groceries store. It's incredibly busy and hard to find a seat once it hits 6pm; it's a loud yet friendly environment, but I cannot hear the person sitting across from me. If you're going with a larger group, I would look elsewhere. read more

Twoha's has easily become my favorite dessert cafe. From the croffles, Bingsoo, to the smoothies everything is so tasty. The brown cheese croffle is made fresh, warm, crunchy, sweet but also savory. The small flakes of cheese combine well with the warm caramel drizzle. The strawberry cheesecake bingsoo is amazing (you can't go wrong with strawberries and cheesecake) and presentation is a 100%. The strawberry yogurt smoothie was also very refreshing and a must if you love yakult flavored things. It is extremely busy on weekends (line to order almost to the front of the door). Seating is also limited so I wouldn't recommend it if you're trying to get work done. You will get charged $1 for dine-in fyi. read more

TwoHa's Cafe recently opened above Hwangso Gopchang, nearby the Spaland. Spacious parking and easy to get to. Seating inside, there are booths along the left and right sides to fit small and medium sized groups and tables for small parties in the center. Menu is extensive. We ordered a few items, Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsoo, Affogato, Cafe Latte, Banana Nutella Croffle and Brown Cheese Croffle. Love these items, but the one that stood out the most for me was the Brown Cheese. I've only seen these on vlogs. Brown cheese has a caramel nutty taste and went well with everything. Interior is spacious and very cute. Aesthetic place to study for the day time. At night it is very busy and loud, but it's a good place to chat and chill at night. Service depends on how busy it is. Food may take some time if it's peak hours. Strawberry cheesecake and Matcha bingsoo Presentation: 10/10 - very instagramable, comes with dry ice Taste: 7/10 - I didn't really like the strawberry one as much because it tasted overly sweet and syrupy for my taste. Matcha one was a solid pic. Overall: Pretty pricey for something that tastes pretty mid. You are really paying for the aesthetic. I'd only buy this again if I came with 4+ people. Strawberry Croffle and Banana Nutella Croffle - 8/10 very delicious and made fresh, only thing is that it's OVERLY pricey. You get only ONE croffle for $14. Perfect spot to satisfy late night sweet tooth! We came in at 12am and ordered a brownie with ice cream and tiramisu and both were very delicious! Our servers offered us free tanghulu (candied strawberries) to take home as well. Very cute spot and kind servers! read more
I think this has become one of my favorite cafes ( especially for croffles). They have a wide variety of drinks to choose from and have dessert options like croffles, waffles, and bingsu. We ordered 3 drinks and the biscoff croffle. Everything came out pretty quickly. The drinks were not two sweet and had a very good coffee and matcha flavor. The croffle was freshly made with yummy toppings. Next time, I'd like to try their bingsu :). The café's aesthetic is minimalistic but comfy. Make sure to get a photo in front of the mirror ! I loved that this place is opened late at night. It's a go to spot for me and my friends when we have late night dinners or after concerts. The shaved ice is a little pricier but it does come with a lot and can be shared between 3-4 people easily. Will continue coming back here! read more

I was really excited to finally get to try this out since I've read so many great reviews. My friend and I shared a mango cheesecake bingsoo ($20), I got a pistachio latte ($6), and she got a iced honey pear tea ($6) The bingsoo's presentation was pretty cool with the dried ice around the bowl. The cheesecake was a small, frozen slice - nothing spectacular. The mango was fresh and plentiful. There was also mango syrup drizzled on top. However. When you get to the center (and then the bottom), there was not enough sweetness to pair with the ice. The picture on the ordering screen showed ice cream but we were not given ice cream. Overall, it was a bit overpriced for the amount you get. The pistachio latte was delicious and the espresso was strong. Highly recommend. The honey pear tea was a bit watered down but that may be in part to it being iced. This is definitely a very popular place on a Saturday date. Seating is limited as a lot of tables were occupied by people studying or working. The service was prompt given the amount of customers they had. read more

The cafe is located in an area that is a bit outside of where most of the asian eateries clustered together. There are a lot of drinking restaurants, karaoke, bar, etc. for night life in the same plaza so during the day, parking wasn't a problem. The indoor ambiance was nice and clean. The tiles and tables were spotless. Lots of seatings in the middle. Both sides of the cafe have booths that can fit at least 4 people per booth. Most booths were a bit gloomy, but the ones near the entrance have tons of natural lights. Good work/study environment. They have interesting coffee options like the Ocean Blue Cream Latte, which has 3 layers. The bottom blue layer tasted like sprite without the carbonation and not as sweet. The middle layer is coffee that was slithly bitter. The top is salted cream. Once it's mixed up, it tasted pretty good. The Twoha's Signature Latte was a very nice surprise. I thought it was using the cafe's signature coffee bean like other places, but it has matcha, coffee, milk, and a scoop of ice cream on top. Very tasty. The other item we ordered was the Korean Iced Coffee. Somehow it tasted like mocha coffee to me. For food, we ordered the korean fish shaped pastry with red bean fillings. Very nice presentation, crispy, and buttery. The red bean filling wasn't too sweet. Overall, would definitely visit again to try other items and to work/read. read more

I've been here multiple times now! Very busy and vibrant atmosphere~ good for hanging out but not studying. Ratings: - Twoha's signature latte: (7.5/10) this drink is for matcha lovers! It's matcha and espresso (I believe), but there's also a scoop of ice cream added to the top! The matcha doesn't get masked by the coffee; it actually shines through. The coffee is also strong and tasty. -Twoha's cocoa latte: (8.5/10) this is for the strong coffee and chocolate lovers. There is a scoop of coffee/chocolate ice cream on top, and there is chocolate syrup in the drink itself. The coffee/espresso is very strong! - Strawberry Matcha Latte: (8/10) pretty typical strawberry matcha latte! fresh and tasty. - Lotus Biscoff Croffle: (10/10) this was the first croffle I've ever had, and it exceeded by expectations honestly!! There were two perfectly crisp croissant waffles with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, and there were biscoff cookie crumbles all around and some maple syrup drizzle. The dessert overall was balanced, and I did not find it overly bearing sweet. I would definitely recommend this! - Apple Cinnamon Croffle: (8/10) I would have enjoyed this a bit more if I weren't full from the lotus biscoff croffle, but this tasted like an apple pie fritter. The ice cream helped balance out the taste of cinnamon a bit. - Mango Cheesecake Bingsu: (6.5/10) The mango is fresh, but the layer of mango syrup on top is kind of bitter! The cheesecake wasn't frozen but pretty soft. The flavor was okay, but nothing special other than the dry ice "instagramable" presentation. read more

Probably late here but this Korean dessert shop serves your typical Korean desserts like bingsu. It's a nice open shop and the workers are very nice and kind. We ordered a bunch of desserts and some drinks. Although the drink was supposed to be half sweet, it was still a bit too sweet like 100% sugar. My boyfriends likes sweet drinks but even this was too much for him. Our desserts were good though. Younger vibes and perfect for bigger parties with how much space there is. Definitely give it a try and it's located in the second floor! read more

I have visited Twoha's a few times now. Each time has been around a Friday or Saturday night, so it is is pretty packed, busy and loud. It was very hard to find seating, and there is a bit of wait after ordering through the self ordering machine. The food and drinks took 40+ minutes. Despite this, if you are willing to wait, their desserts are pretty good! I have tried the Mango Cheesecake Bingsu and the Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsu. Both are presented very nicely with a cheesecake on top and dry ice at the bottom to create a smokey effect and keep the dessert cool. The cheesecake is frozen, so it takes a bit to thaw out. There is not much flavor at the top of the Bingsu, but most of it is at the bottom. I've tried the Yuzu Ade. It was the perfect sweet and yuzu for my taste. The croffles are my favorite out of everything. Very warm, perfect amount of crispy and soft. read more

It was a great Sunday evening where we thought it was a great day to get some icecream. You started by ordering on a screen and the workers at the front give you a buzzer. It's a great place to do work but sometimes it does get a little loud. It was my first time here and we ordered a Carmel Macchiato and a Strawberry Croffle (Croissant and Waffle). I've macchiato was good--I'm not a coffee fan but I needed the caffeine. The Croffle was AMAZING! Not too sweet and a perfect balance. The waffle itself was chewy, flakey, paired with the nutella and creamy icecream (chef's kiss). Definitely will come back it was FANTASTIC read more

Located on the second floor of the plaza conveniently above a few restaurants, the cafe is fairly large and can seat a good amount of parties. It's almost entirely self service with a tablet that you order from. Purely food based review: Blue Soda - Cute drink served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. If you like ramune types of sodas, you'll like this drink. Strawberry latte - Made with fresh strawberries and very milky! Would recommend. Mango Bingsu - Presentation is 10/10 and can feed at least 4 people. However I wish there was like a condensed milk topping or syrup as the snow itself isn't packed with much flavor. Twohas Cafe is the newest Korean cafe in Duluth, and it seems that it may become the next big thing in Duluth! Within just a few weeks of their grand opening, they've already ridden the Instagram hype and I personally had a very good experience. Located on the second floor of Hwangso Gopchang, I was able to check out Twohas Cafe on two different occasions. The cafe is spacious and there's plenty of space to get studying or work done or chat with friends. I tried the following when I visited Twohas: Iced Americano ($4.75) - I was pretty impressed with the iced americano. The espresso was roasted just the way I like it and it had the perfect americano flavor. Would order again. Cream Soda ($5.99) - The visual for this beverage is cool and all, but it's pretty much just a flavored soda with a scoop of ice cream. The ice cream melts and it tastes like a "cream soda" but I just felt that it tasted like a thicker milkis. Injeolmi Croffle ($13.99) - Oof. $14 for a croffle. Inflation is definitely real.. But I mean it is what it is. I was expecting the croffle would have mochi batter in it and it would be gluttinous, but it was rather just a croffle sprinkled with injeolmi powder and small pieces of mochi. It tasted pretty good, but the name of the menu is definitely misleading. This actually isn't on the main menu board so maybe they're testing this out? The croffle itself was pretty good, but I'd like to try other flavors out too. Choco Bingsoo ($19.99) - Yes, the bingsoo was $20. I remember the days when bingsoos were $8, but here we are in 2023 paying more than a meal's worth for a dessert. But to be fair, the bingsoo was actually really good. There was plenty of chocolate topping, pieces of brownies and oreos that really lived up to its name, and the presentation of this thing was definitely on another level. They put dry ice in water on the side so you'll see this fancy smokey lookin thing coming out. It's like watching a show! I see why they charge $20... Overall -- I had a really good experience and I can foresee that this place will become the new hot place! Everytime I've been, it's been packed with people and all the menu items are pretty good. Also, if you dine at Hwangso, they give you a coupon for this place so that's worth checking out. I can't wait to visit again when I return to ATL and I really hope this place does well! read more

Was searching for a chill place to do some work and found this place on Yelp. I was super excited to see they have the candy coated fruit it was so delicious!! The music isn't too loud and they have a lot of private cubby type areas but they were all full. Overall this place was super cute and my matcha latte was tasty too. Recommend for a chill cafe experience. read more

They had the BEST banana pudding I've EVER had. They were busy but the service was good. It was clean and the water was free. The shaved ice was great and not too sweet. It was big enough for two people. I will definitely be visiting again! Loved this place read more

On a Saturday afternoon, this place was BUSY. It's a younger Asian crowd that we found. The person taking our order helped explain the menu when we had questions and I ordered something non caffeinated: Snowing matcha latte. My friend got something similar but with coffee. The drinks were really good, but I recommend this for those that enjoy a very sweet drink. Another time we went was during a Sunday afternoon, and it was still busy. The service was alright then, but a little hard to get the attention of a worker. It seems they prefer you to order on the kiosk to the left of the front counter. The last time I went, a Monday night, the workers all but ignored anyone that came up to the counter to order or to ask questions about the menu. A few customers grumbled about that, including some of the people in my party. I'm not a fan of their service at all. The establishment is moving away from human interaction and going towards ordering at the kiosk and picking up a pager and getting your order without talking to anyone in the store at all, even if you have questions. I'm not sure how feasible that is for the older populations that might have trouble reading the screen, working the technology, or navigating this shift. The thing that stuck out was the fact that the kiosk asked how much you wanted to tip, and for a place that has little to no customer service or interaction, it was laughable. I'd take more stars off, but to be fair, this place is new, and I'm hoping they're open to feedback from the public. :) read more

Came here for a part of my vacation, and honestly disappointing with the workers. I originally got the strawberry matcha latte with oat milk, and I was not happy with it at all. The matcha was extremely overpowering, so overpowering that you could taste no strawberry, even after mixing the strawberry in and trying to just drink up the strawberry areas. I very politely asked the worker to remake it because there was no strawberry flavor at all, or if I could get a new drink. The worker blamed it on my choice of milk, the oat milk, and had said that "oat milk is thick". As someone who repeatedly drinks oat milk and buys oat milk, I promise you oat milk is not thick and if it is, it's spoiled. Ideally, oat milk is thin since it's literally a water based drink with oats sitting in it. I assume she only did the remake because the blue lemonade just tastes like a syrup based drink, so I'm sure it was super simple and fast to make. I would've been completely ok if she told me they don't do refunds or drink exchanges, because I was ok with drinking it, I just wasn't happy with it. It was her attitude and the way she blamed it on me for my choice of milk. The blue lemonade isn't impressive but it is a good refresher. Decided to check this suggested spot based on my love for coffee. The coffee was delish. The place was clean, nice and comfy. I did not enjoy the ordering kiosk hence the reason for the -1 star. Not able to ask questions and felt really unfriendly. I love to interact with employees and ask questions about products & suggestions on what to try. I would have loved to try the amazing dessert that was served with seems to be liquid nitrogen? However not able to ask or inquire about it so we simply had coffee and left. Would consider visiting again to try the dessert. ,once we were done no direction on so we leave at the table? Bring up to counter? No one asked how it was? read more
