There are also picnic tables and corn hole games. However, during our visit, the selection was very sparse. There were oranges, 1/4 basket of tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, and a handful of avocados. There were also a few packages of dried fruits and nuts. The guy working there didn't speak English, but he was really nice and friendly. He gave us some oranges to try and they were sweet and delicious. The tomatoes we bought from there were delicious as well. It had that homegrown taste and was very flavorful.

I would not recommend this stand. When we arrived there was another customer in front of us asking…read moreabout a certain kind of melon. The girl rudely told him I don't know what you're talking about. It was finally our turn and we purchased strawberries, squash, onions, and a cantaloupe. When we asked for a basket of strawberries she pulled a basket from below. We didn't think anything of it. She told me my total was $24. I paid her $40 and she gave me $12 back. I am not sure what math she was doing but she shorted me $4. Now to the strawberries. They were absolutely tart. The top layer in the basket was red but under the top layer not so much. I will not be returning here and I suggest everyone use caution when buying here and paying. This girl is a crook.

It's not too big, but if you want to get some nice fruits, veggies, and snacks they have it here! I love micro greens! The man that was selling them, he had about 10 different varieties. And some I've never heard of! I did purchase: Grandmas old fashion butter bunches - This is like popcorn without the Kernal's. I was expecting a different flavor and texture. I got the Elote and the Carmel. I love them both! I would put this in my budget to buy next time. They are $10 per bag Dalemain mansion Marmalade - I haven't tried it yet! Will try it today. Viva Mexican foods. And I think I forgot to take a picture. But we bought the 5 for $30 and the spot in the back, they have different flavored hummus, black chips, fried pit bread and flavored chips For me the pita bread was too hard for my liking, and the black chips....Just some plane Dorito's. The hummus, I couldn't really enjoy, because of the fried hard pita bread. Ever booth pretty much service was amazing. I might not ever try and go the farm we were trying to go to, it was way too far, and it was closed!

I've always wanted to check out the Vineyard Farmer's Market and just never made it over. It was my lucky day as I snuck over while my fiancé was at his appointment. The Vineyard is beautiful and it was a lovely sunny day, just a bit windy. I was surprised at all the vibrant and quality produce offered. There were other vendors selling honey, flowers, food, coffee - even La Boulangerie bakery from Fig Garden had a booth! I honestly felt transported elsewhere for a bit. It felt like a genuine Farmer's Market and easily my favorite in Fresno now. Everything I purchased from this quick visit- I loved. The pastries from La Boulangerie, the coffee from Fabiano, the strawberries I actually purchased from 2 farmers, notably Maos Farms were the sweetest we've had all year and the produce was beautiful and delicious. I eyed some grape leaves sold by an older couple- the last one was purchased before I could say, hello, lol. They looked delicious. Great quality items from local farmers and vendors. I can't wait to return again.

I enjoyed the sunflower honey. Great place to stop on your way to Kings Canyon National Park or Cat Haven. If I lived in the area I'd make a habit to stop by on a regular basis.

I selected Friesen Farm because of their informative website and helpfulness over the phone. Coming from a long ways, I was unsure if they would have any peaches left so I was very glad to reserve an order by phone. When I arrived 4 hours later (cell signal was solid the entire way so you can't get lost), a modest crowd was there and the Friesen team was hard at work fulfilling their orders. I saw them pack boxes of nectarines, peaches, and plums by hand (COVID precautions prevented us customers from selecting our own). While waiting, I saw my order (3 bags) were ready for pick up, but the irresistible smell of their fruit compelled me to purchase more (I had to make the 250 mile drive worthwhile, right?). The associate (owner?) who was helping me assured me that it was no trouble to return all the fruit from my previous order and pack the boxes I wanted to take home. While packing my boxes, we engaged in some small talk and she convinced me that I must return late February to see the blossoms. By the look in her eye, and the excitement in her voice I could tell that it was a must-see spectacle so I hope she remembers me when I come back in 2021! But something makes me think I will be back before then to get more fruit here. Now the fruit is indescribably delicious! I could use all the superlatives to describe how tasty they are, but it's exactly like when you say, "The pictures don't do it justice; you just have to be there to believe it." when sharing your vacation photos. They are juicy, fragrant, and sweet as candy. As she packed my boxes, she made sure there was a fair mixture of ready-to-eat fruit and some that would ripen in 2-4 days. That was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel respected. It should be noted that none of the fruit I purchased were organic. Not sure if they offer any, but that might be something that matters to you. Also, I did not see any restrooms but they could be available. The parking lot was small (maybe 4-6 cars), and there's no gift shop or attractions here: You're here for the fruit. Lastly, I must say that their prices are VERY fair. If I was a Fresno or Tulare County resident, I would be a regular customer because I couldn't imagine paying more for less quality fruit from the supermarkets. I'm not comfortable sharing their prices here in this review because it may be market-dependent (and they don't list them on their website), so contact them and don't be surprised if you buy more than what you planning to. We all gotta support our local farmers!
