Ridiculous to wait in line for cinnamon rolls that are sold out less than 2 hrs after they are open. No need to wait , you will be disappointed. Stick with an Italian bakery that is not a sold out or Cinnabon.

Ricotta cookies, PBJ cookie, Dubai chocolate croissant, Cin buns

The cinnamon buns changed my life. They ABSOLUTELY withstand the hype and are worth the wait. Also recommend any of their Dubai chocolate desserts

I have no notes. The staff are friendly, the cookies are amazing, and the prices are fair. It's out of my way and I still make the drive anytime I can to get my hands on these cookies. I love the rotation of flavors and keeping up with trends and what customers specifically want.

Stopped in on a Saturday around noon. The parking lot is small and I'm sure it stays packed (for good reason). This place is small, cute, and well-stocked. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Since it was my first time, they gave me a free ricotta cookie. The cookie was cakey, slightly moist, and delicious. I bought a few chocolate covered pretzel rod and some kind of s'mores prepackaged item that were positioned right when you walked in. I also ordered a stuffed oreo cookie. It was a difficult decision.. I wanted everything. The cookie is massive and has some weight to it. My friend and I split it and we both agreed it was perfectly crisp on the outside and stuffed with oreos on the inside. I will definitely be back to try all of the other cookies!

We were shopping in the area and my wife wanted to stop by as she's been seeing a lot of craze around frosted cookies. This is a nice cozy little spot with really friendly staff and a good selection of delicious baked goods. We got the peanut butter s'more bar, banana bread brownie, pineapple upside down cake and a frosted cookie. Everything was delicious and sure to satisfy anyones sweet tooth. The s'more bar was soft, chewy and I really enjoyed the marshmallow flavor. The frosted cookie was moist and honestly I never want to eat another cookie without frosting on it. The banana bread brownie was more of a sponge cake in the shape of a brownie. Wasn't what I was expecting but was still really good. The pineapple cake was for my mom so I didn't try it but it looked really good and it was cool to have it shaped like a mini Bundt cake

Just one of the boxes: fudge brownie, banana bread, peanut butter s'mores, Tandy kake, banana foster.

First time stopping by; I'm from out of state, but my daughter lives around the corner. I asked how they were and she said, "I've always wanted to try there, but I never remember to stop." Well, I stopped! The shop is small but cute and the selection is impressive. I swear I gained 5lbs standing in line . Anyway I got some of everything I saw (just about) and the price was great for a quality item. On the way home (just a few blocks) I broke out a banana foster cookie and it was PURE heaven! I know I'll stop back every time I'm in the area, and my daughter has found a new "go to" bakery. Can't say enough and YUMMM doesn't seem to cover it!

I tried a lot of peanut butter cookies in my lifetime. This one is one of the best. It was a gift from my daughter. I look forward to trying more.

Such a fabulous fun tour (Chocolate Lovers Tour) for parents and kids to learn how chocolate is…read moremade! We were greeted first thing by Jacques, who handed all of us "shots of hot chocolate" that reminded me of the hot chocolate from the famous cafe in Paris called Angelina. I was surprised to learn it was dairy free (and gluten free too)! Jacques and his colleague Manon guided us through ancient history that included Montezuma'a reverence for chocolate (drinking 50 cups a day!), Spanish and French contributions towards the transformation from cacao bean to dessert. We walked by a chocolate lab watching someone delicately adorn chocolate truffles that just passed through a stream of chocolate. Jacques then led us to a tasting room where he talked about the pastries they make for restaurants. We were able to try their pastries, brownies and macaroons. Jacques then took our group to a "classroom" where he reviewed the process for bringing such chocolate joy to our mouths. Seeing photos and videos depicting the growth of the cacao tree, harvesting & roasting the beans, and all the way to the final delicacy where he pointed out subtle taste notes of the chocolates...he handed us chocolate drops, so we could taste and learn how to discern the unique flavors from the cacao plantations in Mexico, Africa and other regions along the equator. The tour ended in their factory store giving us the opportunity to buy and bring home chocolate and macaroons. Chocolate lollipops, truffles, bark, medallions, bars -- Oh my!!! Our tour lasted less than an 1 hour 30 minutes, not counting our shopping time. Admission for the Chocolate Lover Tour was $19 per person with the 11th person free. They have other tours available ranging from $15 per person (Essential Tour) to $40 PP (Choconight Dinner). I believe the tours must be scheduled for a minimum of 10 guests. Highly recommend a trip to the Chocolatrium!

We started with delicious hot chocolate. So good. We had lunch, quiche and salad; and ended with a great chocolate brownie. Then we had the training on how to go from the pod to the must delicious chocolate. Tastings. We had dark, milk, white chocolate. Then 3 different flavored. It was so good. The chocolate was probably the best we've had. We ended going into the shop. And buying our favorites. Great tour for an educational and fun time.

I had walked past Neuhaus on Walnut Street countless times and always admired the storefront, but…read moreit took my young daughter's tug toward the Chocolate Smurfs to get me through the door finally. Who knew the Smurfs were Belgian? The boutique is beautiful, polished, and distinctly European, while the staff manages the harder trick of being knowledgeable and chic while remaining warm and approachable. They're generous with samples, too, which makes discovering the chocolates part of the pleasure rather than simply choosing something from behind glass. Belgium has always struck me as a country perfectly comfortable living a little more quietly beneath the towering cultural influence of its larger neighbors. It is gorgeous, sophisticated, and remarkably good at producing food and brands with a strong sense of craft, and Neuhaus captures that sensibility perfectly. I also like the quiet detail of seeing both Kosher and Halal markings on the door, a small detail that conveys a welcome and common ground I find especially appealing. Around the corner on 16th Street, Monk's Café feels like Neuhaus's spirited neighborhood cousin, with its legendary Belgian beer selection and, I'm sure, very worthy moules frites. Since that first visit, I've also sent Neuhaus as gifts several times through their online store. They offer a useful range of sizes and prices for birthdays, thank yous, or simply sending someone a treat, and they clearly understand that beautiful chocolate still has to survive the trip: my orders arrive expertly packed via FedEx, with ice packs when needed. Neuhaus has become one of those rare places I'm equally happy to visit with my daughter or turn to when I want to send someone something special. Très bien!

The packaging is minimalistic but truly showcases the quality product inside! Just be sure to re-tie the package closed, that's if you don't eat them all first! The pretzels are phenomenal on their own. Old-school, classic pretzel. It was so refreshing getting dipped pretzels that aren't stale or crumbling with every bite! I am not sure where they get the pretzels themselves, but it truly makes the product for me. The milk and dark chocolate alternated in the packaging is a very cool touch. The chocolate is put on thick and both are very rich. The dark chocolate is also phenomenal. I typically avoid dark chocolate due to it being bitter. It isn't bitter here! I am so glad I was introduced to this company and I look forward to trying more of their products! I am already having my family member go back to ship me some more pretzels! They are perfect when you are craving something sweet AND salty. My only wish would be for them to offer an online store. I'd love to be able to order from your website! Hands-down the BEST dipped pretzels I have ever had. The quality is top-notch and this place is a must-try if you have a sweet tooth like me!
