My friends and I enjoyed watching the game here, the place was kind of empty so it was easy to carry on a conversation. The final straw was a recent visit when a policy was apparently enforced requiring customers to purchase two separate 6-piece wing orders if they wanted to split sauces. A 6-piece order is $10, while a 12-piece is $12.99, so instead of simply charging for an extra sauce, customers are expected to pay nearly double just to have two flavors. That makes no sense and feels like an unnecessary cash grab. When my friend politely questioned the policy--especially since we've been repeat customers and have split sauces on our wings many times before--the manager became defensive rather than trying to explain the change. She was told to come back on Monday to speak with "Jim." As she was leaving, my friend commented that the interaction felt rude and suggested the manager work on her customer service and body language, as the entire conversation came across as dismissive. The manager then responded by saying, "Just don't come back, bitch." Whether you agree with a customer's question or not, speaking to a paying customer that way is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Based on our experiences, the food is no longer worth putting up with the service. If you're looking for a restaurant where customers are treated with respect, I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere. Especially if you're BLACK, considering whenever you walk into the restaurant/bar you are stared at as if there is shit on your shirt and you do not belong.
