I would strongly caution against using this company. I hired them to remove a fold-out couch from…read moremy third floor. When they arrived I told them I wasn't sure if the couch would need to be disassembled or the doors taken off their hinges in order to get the couch down the stairs. They assured me that they were professionals and knew how to handle it. Two hours later they had managed to get the couch out of the house after knocking three large holes in the plaster on the staircase. When I told them I didn't want to pay until the plaster was repaired, the movers were instructed to sit in front of my house in their truck until I paid them. I figured that my issue was with the management, so I paid the movers after speaking with a manager who assured me that everything would be taken care of. Long story short: it wasn't taken care of. When I finally spoke to an upper-level manager -- some two weeks later -- he immediately behaved as if I were trying to scam him -- claiming that I had had construction done since the couch was delivered which made it impossible to remove and that I was attempting to get him to re-plaster my entire house. When I said I just wanted him to repair the plaster they had damaged, he said his liability only covered 60 cents per pound of the object being moved so he would only be able to pay about $150 (Not sure where that figure came from.) and that it was my job to find a person to repair the plaster. (This was after the lower-level manager assured me that they had a person who could do the work.) I'm fine with people making mistakes, but in business and life people who don't acknowledge their mistakes or work to make them right are not worth dealing with. This company seems to operate well as long as everything goes smoothly. As soon as you have a justifiable complaint -- that, for instance, your property has been damaged -- you will be treated with aggression, condescension and contempt. Other reviews here echo that same sentiment and are worth paying attention to. This situation is very simple: I paid the full bill to have couch removed. I have not been compensated for any of the damage done to the plaster on my staircase. Anything else is noise. Let the buyer beware.

The quote was around $2500-$2800, but we were only charged about half of that because they ran out of truck before we ran out of stuff. One of the movers told me they didn't like moving televisions, couldn't I just take that 80" TV in my car because they didn't have the proper equipment with them to move them. They made one load and we spent the next 4 days lifting and moving stuff in our vehicles--something we tried to avoid by hiring movers. This service was not worth the high cost of having to move things ourselves. We had used the service twice before, but never again.

The final cost actually came in a little bit under the low-end of the quote. It was a townhouse move to a Second floor condo in a neighboring city. The guys showed up a few minutes late (nothing horrible), and they worked like crazy. I mean really fast. They were all super nice! I wasn't quite done packing they said let us take whatever we can because it is easier for us than you. And, boy was that right. Josh and Dan are consummate pros…read more I moved from California to Michigan, and hired Brusati Enterprises for the delivery and unloading of 5 U-Box crates on the Michigan end. U-Haul sent the wrong box once and closed up early to interrupt our original move plans, but Josh and Dan went the extra mile to make things right. They rescheduled based on my needs and got creative about how to deal with some of the issues we had with the crates, keeping me informed throughout the process. During unloading, they paid special attention to any items that looked poorly packed and showed extreme caution when getting it out of the crates. They also double checked items with me to make sure they went to the right place and showed me anything that looked like it might have been damaged during the move. Heck, they even folded the moving blankets to help me avoid getting charged extra by U-Haul! Brusati Enterprises puts the customer first and are incredibly attentive to detail and caring for your stuff and home. They communicate really well and are very professional.
