U-Haul sent the wrong box once and closed up early to interrupt our original move plans, but Josh and Dan went the extra mile to make things right. They rescheduled based on my needs and got creative about how to deal with some of the issues we had with the crates, keeping me informed throughout the process. During unloading, they paid special attention to any items that looked poorly packed and showed extreme caution when getting it out of the crates. They also double checked items with me to make sure they went to the right place and showed me anything that looked like it might have been damaged during the move. Heck, they even folded the moving blankets to help me avoid getting charged extra by U-Haul! Brusati Enterprises puts the customer first and are incredibly attentive to detail and caring for your stuff and home. They communicate really well and are very professional. We had picked…read moreout carpet for our master bedroom based on the sample shown which we liked and because it was stated that it was in stock. The carpet was installed properly and the installer was very good. Unfortunately the carpet did not match the sample we had gotten from the store. It was not as plush as the sample and we felt that the issue needed to be addressed at the store. For what we paid, we did not feel it it was a good value. We returned to the store to express our concerns and showed the salesperson the difference between the sample and the carpet that was installed. She agreed and said she would let us know what they might do to compensate us for the lesser quality. We have not heard anything from the salesperson or Christoff and Sons. Apparently they are not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. We explained that we will be remodeling the the kitchen and replacing additional carpet but we certainly will not be using Christoff and Sons as they don't seem to care.

An employee from Taylor Made Hardwood Floors Grass Lake Michigan was driving very close behind me…read more I turned on my turn signal to enter my driveway and this employee was too close behind me and swerved into the direction I was turning and sideswiped the front of my truck causing considerable damage. On top of that the employee was uninsured. So he driving very wrecklessly without insurance. The owner of the flooring company came to this guy's aid. When I suggested the employee not drive so wrecklessly especially when he had no insurance I was told to, "Shut the F up." And the owner of the business told me to quit talking to his employee. I didn't even get an apology or offer to fix my yard he tore up. I would give zero stars to any business that conducts themselves in this fashion.

I, of course, ordered a siding that was in high demand so there was a slight delay in S&W getting the siding but once they got everything in, they worked non-stop until the job was done. My house was built in 1930 so there were some challenges, but Mark, Toby, and crew tackled them with no problem. Mine was a small job compared to others they've done. I was still treated like my home was a much larger job. Communication was always open. I never didn't know what was next. I absolutely would recommend S&W Plus. A family-owned business that cares about their customers.

Last year 2021 there was water leaking into the dining room. S & W came out, did not even come to the door to let us know they were there. One of the guys just peeked in the window to see where the dining room was. Before I knew it, they were loading up and leaving. I walked outside and asked if everything was fixed which they said yes it was. Now again, It is leaking in my dining room about 4 feet from where the prior leak was. The woman who answered the phone had the nerve to blame it on our siding which is not the case. She is also extremely rude and not helpful. Regardless, I have called at least 10 times over the past 3 weeks trying to get someone to come take a look at this leak. Never had a call back from S&W. When I do call the same woman just regurgitates the statement every time, you're on the board. No indication of when they will come out, etc. So in the meantime, when it rains hard my floor is being damaged. I would not recommend this company for anything at all. It's a lot of money to spend for a new roof to not only have it leaking twice and then not being able to get help from anyone there.
