They did an amazing job on my countertops and vanity tops. very professional and helpful! I would use them again.

Do not buy from them! Poor customer service after they get your money. Poor quality workmanship. Very unprofessional. We worked with Alex who I trusted to get it right. He never wrote down what I told him I wanted for my "custom top". They cut the stone I chose and gave the portion that I chose to another customer. He made my countertop from the wrong section of stone. When I told him that's not what I wanted, he told me "I think you forgot what you wanted." There were orange rust looking stains in the light grey granite surface in several places of the countertop. We lost our $500 deposit because Alex did not write down any of our wishes. Make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing. They will make promises they have no intention of keeping. They will stick you with inferior quality pieces when you turn your back and do not try to make amends. read more

Two Men and A Countertop did a wonderful job on my kitchen counters. On time, on budget, and fine work. I know there always are people who are unhappy with something. I am behind pleased with the work and the materials. Plus, they didn't charge me extra for watching! I DO recommend them. read more

Beware poor quality of workmanship. I was quoted $1800 for granite for my small kitchen. I booked the job and it was installed in sept 2017. The piece next to the stove they measured and cut too large they installed it anyway. When my husband brought it to the installers attention he removed it cut it outside in our backyard and reinstalled it. Very unprofessional the edge along the stove is rough and unpolished. Also there was no sealer or silicone installed along the backsplash and wall there is a gap. Thebigfestdusappoibtne t us the edges of the granite are deteriorating near the sink where the owner installed epoxy in chipped areas prior to installing it's a different color than the granite and rough to the touch. The coupon saver for a free sink with any granite job over 25 sq ft they would not honor when I asked about it. Spend a little more and check around for better workmanship. I would not recommend this company. The owner will not return my calls or resolve this warranty related issue within only 4 months. Shelly C. read more

I live three hours from Fruitport, MI. The fabricators in my area are very expensive and are backlogged. I sought out a more reasonable situation and found it in Two Men and a Countertop of Fruitport. The first time I did business with this establishment I was very happy with their work. Their equipment was antiquated but the work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. The second time around was a different story. All new, shiny state-of-the-art equipment and sub-par service and a bad attitude to go with it. I bought a used kitchen. I needed alterations to the countertops and I broke a major piece that needed to be replaced. I bought a $1,000 granite slab that looked identical to my original granite in the online pictures. In reality, one was pink with gray and the other was golden with gray. I broke the original. I bought granite without seeing the actual product. In my mind, he should have called me and told me that it was a mismatch. He didn't, but I made the problem and so I decided to be happy with what I had picked. The piece to be fabricated was the tricky one with the sink and four access holes for faucet etc. It was made perfectly except it had the wrong edge. It was rounded instead of bullnose shaped. Alex said that's what you ordered. I said, "No, that's why I brought a piece of the original countertop so this mistake would not occur". I picked it up and showed it to him. Here I am ready to pick this up and it is not right. Alex said, "OK, we'll change it. It will take 45". I told him the edge of the bathroom countertop also needed to be altered. He said, "time is money, that'll cost you another $100". Well, it took longer than that but it was corrected and I paid the $100. Prior to pick-up day, Alex phoned me and said that one section of the granite I provided was not large enough. He said for $200 he could make the piece from the $1,000 slab. Well, the contract indicated that the remnant belonged to Two Men and a Countertop so I told him I would pay for what was needed. When I requested to have the piece returned he said it had been broken. I reminded him that he had told me it was too small. He said, "Fine, take the remnant". Eventually, my granite was loaded into my van sans the remnant. I asked that it also be loaded. Alex told me that it may damage the pieces that were already in the van. I asked that they remove it and put it in the order it should have been placed. He said it would be too much trouble. He and his lady partner said that many people leave granite to be picked up or fabricated at a later date. I was feeling uncomfortable. However, I asked that the granite in question be marked as "sold". It was and I photographed it. I also insisted that Alex write upon my receipt that I was entitled to the remnant. Alex and his partner were appalled that I would be so demanding. When I got home and placed the granite I found that the backsplash for the bathroom vanity was not there. I called and Alex was not inclined to make up this deficiency. I thought about several remedies. I contacted Alex several times. I let months go by so things could settle down. As of yesterday he had no interest in speaking to me and has reassured me there is no granite at his place of business that belongs to me. read more
