I am sooo happy with the customer service I received from this business. I was looking for a Amy…read moreButler Rug 13211 and they had a great deal. I was leery that I had to call for pricing and thought it would be much more expensive than what I had seen in my search. I got a great deal. Danielle was awesome. I completed the transaction late in the day (after 5pm) on Friday 11/7, they shipped 11/10 and I received the rug on 11/12 via UPS. It was well packaged. I love this rug. I thought the main color would be more blue but it was more gray which I was told and did the purchase knowing this. The gray did not disappoint/bother me because it is stunning with the contrasting colors. It is in a room with baby yellow walls, soft blue contrast, white trim and silver accessories. I got 5X8 perfect sizing, superb quality, heaviness and thick pile. This room is being designed for my 15 year old daughter and she will love it. This rug is a beautiful statement piece. I wish I was closer to this store. I am sure there are a lot of goodies to find. I'll keep an eye out for sales because I'm sure I'll be purchasing for this business again. I place the pricing as moderate for this store based on the one purchase but I haven't checked other items for comparison shopping.

Bottom line: As with all things, you get what you pay for. At QV, you get more through honest,…read moreknowledgeable, friendly sales and service. As with anything, you get what you pay for in terms of suction/cleaning, filtering, usability, and longevity. If you like upright style riccar is the brand. If you like canister Miele is hands down the industry standard. Both brands are quiet and light (for example Kirby cleans well, but is heavy.) We've had our first Miele for decades, from '99 to '16 then we upgraded to our second and passed our first to our daughter in college (note our first has been maintained and wear and tear parts fixed over the decades, but it still cleans great!). We upgraded to a new one when we got a new house as a move in gift to ourselves. We just got last year the Miele triflex upright battery. I love it, as it suction power is great but it's versatility is AMAZING! First as a battery tool, it's grab and go. It hangs in the closet and grabbing and doing our high traffic first floor areas is now part of my morning ritual. Carpets never looked cleaner. It also has 'self adjusts' so I can do carpets, to hard surface, to area rug/water mats with out changing out heads, etc... I guess the key to clean carpets is vacuuming every day, and I never realized how much I don't like plugging the vacuum in... prob just me. Caveat with Triflex, (1) it's best for smaller house, (2) as a bag less with a small canister, you do have to be a little techy to maintain/clean the filter. You get what you pay for, and Ed at Quality Vacuum will give you honest sales feedback. Support local too!
