The dryer was still not heating and at this point he never returned calls for texts for weeks. Another repair person came and found that the problem was simply that a heating coil had gone bad. Pretty typical issue with dryers and very easy to troubleshoot. Repair man fixed it and when I asked toby that the dryer had been fixed and I wanted my $135 back since he completely missed the diagnosis and never answer the phone to come fix the dryer he finally replied (weeks after) and said he won't refund anything. After speaking with my housekeeper and the repair man that fixed the dryer the both knew of him as a scammer and told me how he was fired from Samsung for scamming the company and not properly fixing appliances. If you're in need of appliance repairs in west michigan AVOID this company.
