After having difficulty in finding a good cleaning service I happened upon Two Maids and a Mop and I couldn't be happier. This was a last minute booking made on a Thursday for a Monday clean. Shayla and Faith were just delightful! Gave them a quick walk through of the house and made myself scarce. Ok so my cat Finnegan didn't quite get with the program but they didn't mind. My house looks beautiful! Looking forward to a long standing relationship with this company! read more

We have been using this service for several months to clean our offices. The glass was smeared for weeks. The mopping is as if there is no rinsing of the mop. Just moving wet dirt around because the floor wasn't swept properly. I'm trying not to be a jerk, but I pointed out the trash still on the floor after they said they had swept and mopped. The trash is still there. read more

unsatisfied with the service! they didn't cleaning everything that was on the package that I hired and pay. I ask for a move in cleaning, and they did less than a basic cleaning. didn't cleaned the blinds, outside and inside the cabinets of kitchen and bathrooms, doors and door frames, windows frames, refrigerator, lights fixtures, closets.... i took some pictures, asked for someone come to check the service that was delivered, and they return just $75 of $502 that I payed! They offer to come over to fix the issues, but I just want to pay for what was delivered! read more

I've chosen this service based on their advertising and deep clean service promise. They were very responsive to communications and very pleasant on the phone when scheduling. The first snafu occurred when they could not clean on the date scheduled a week ahead of time. I received a call to reschedule fir next day, as they did not have enough cleaners available. One of the services mentioned in the deep clean package was cleaning of baseboards, unfortunately, that was not done. My bathroom floors were not cleaned, and neither was the tub and the wall tiles over the tub. Kitchen sink was not cleaned, and floor in the pantry and kitchen was left looking un-mopped. I called the office, provided some pictures, and someone was sent the next day to properly finish the deep clean. Unfortunately, the floors, baseboards and tub walls were, again, not properly cleaned. I had to provide a payment of $245.00 prior to the cleaning, and while I received an apology for the substandard service, no discount or partial refund was offered for the poor quality of service received. read more

The team did a very good. The only issue was communications. The work they did was great and I will use them again. The issue with communications involved one of the Maids being injured prior to my appointment and there was a break down letting me know I had to be postponed. This was a unique incident and shouldn't occur again read more

I used this service on June 11, 2019 because of a leg injury that has me on crutches. One of the employees broke the light fixture in my master bathroom and then proceeded to tell me that it was in the broken condition before she started cleaning. I contacted the main office while the employee was still here and they offered to reimburse me. HOWEVER, they have NEVER returned my calls requesting them to inspect the damage nor have they contacted me for a repair estimate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. read more

Hired this company to do a move out of a FSU student townhome. Their brochure states a complete move out service and since I do not live in the area I requested pictures. Well needless to say I did not get pictures but a video showing me it was clean. When the landlord took over possession they sent me pictures which showed many items were not cleaned. Two Maids offered to go back but the landlord already had possession of the property. I strongly suggest you do not use this company unless you are standing in front of them when they are cleaning. read more

I paid for the deep cleaning service from Two Maids, which runs $185. Paying extra for a 'deep clean' I expected pretty much everything to be spotless when I returned, especially since my apartment wasn't THAT dirty to begin with. It is advertised as everything being cleaned, from the baseboards to the ceiling fans. The ladies stayed for just over an hour (my alarm system notifies me when the doors are open and closed). When I returned, the apartment was clean, but I must have expected too much from them. There were visible dust bunnies behind my dresser and nightstand, as well as dust on the baseboards and ceiling fans. I got a clean house, but I would have rather paid less for the regular cleaning service because I definitely didn't receive a deep clean. read more

Two Maids & A Mop, Shawn and Jessica C just left after a two-hour visit to my home. They were kind and professional. They knew exactly what to do. They accomplished quite a bit in their visit. This company is very dependable. Thanks again, guys, for a job well done. read more

I was a recipient of the three-hour deep clean from Two Maids. The women who came to clean my apartment were friendly and sweet BEFORE 9 am, which I thought was impressive on its own, but when I came home I was astounded at how beautiful my place was. I think it's cleaner than it's been since before I moved in. All my belongings are now at right angles to each other. I can finally trust that my carpets, counters and floors are really clean. Two Maids went the extra mile and then some, organizing my cookbooks, running the dishwasher and lining up my bath products. If you need someone to clean your house, call Two Maids & a Mop. read more

I chose this company to clean a rental apartment that was empty and had been lightly cleaned by the renter. I asked for a 'deep clean' and discussed what would be done on the phone with the receptionist. I made a special request to have carpet edges cleaned of dust build-up and was assured this would be included. I paid $175 for 2 to 3 hours of work, which is the minimum charge for any cleaning service with this company. Two people came and stayed for 1.25 hours. They didn't dust thoroughly in corners of shelves or cabinets, the mini-blinds were barely wiped off, and the special request I made was not taken care of either... This apartment was generally clean when they arrived, and the 'deep clean' would have made it perfectly clean. It was nowhere near that. When I wrote an email to complain about the sloppy job and omitted work, I received a very sympathetic and apologetic reply with an offer to come out the next day and make it right. Trouble was, my husband had already done it and it was not convenient to schedule and wait for the crew to show up a second time for work that should have been done the first time. Avoid this company if you really want detailed cleaning done. $175 for 1.25 hours of cleaning is outrageous! read more
