Monday was three weeks, no death of weeds, only lots of more growth and the yard is embarrassing. I called yesterday, he told me he did not know what his schedule was set for. I reminded him of the three weeks follow up, and the fact that not only did the weeds not respond, they populated. I have had no service, or call. I am disappointed, and frustrated.

The worker who asked me this handed me her phone when she got either her boss or coworker on the line. The woman on the phone said the only requirement on my part was that I participate in a water test which required someone from their staff to come into my home. I was told this was going to be about an hour long. He ended up being in my home for 2 and a half hours because I was too nice to end his presentation early. At the end of all of this, he did not have a gift card for me. I was told I had to wait a few days for some reason and fill out a survey online to receive the gift card-- I felt like this information should have been told to me prior, but still, had no problem with it but started to get a little suspicious. After I completed the survey and finally got an email back with what was supposed to be my $500 dollar gift card, it was only for TWENTY dollars. I called the company immediately and spoke with the women who I originally spoke to on the phone in Home Depot. She denied that a $500 gift card was promised to me and said it was only supposed to be twenty dollars. I am 100% certain that the worker who first approached me in the store said $500, as I previously stated, I have a witness who heard that as well.
