I wound up choosing Tally Maids as they had availability January 2nd which is when I was trying to get everything done. That and they had great reviews. At any rate, Cornelius was very responsive and even recommended a carpet cleaning company for me as they do just about everything except that. Wow! The service was fantastic. They are very professional and the price very reasonable. Every beam, door frame, light fixture, ceiling fan, blind, baseboards, cabinets, window seals and floors were cleaned. They even clean your lamp shades. The bathrooms were impeccable.
