Recently I bought a property and realized it needed a move-in cleaning. I wouldn't say the place was a mess, but when you have dust, a couple of dead roaches, and the uncertainty of when it was last cleaned, then yes effectively you either a) clean it yourself or b) hire a professional. I chose option b because I'm frankly strapped for time. I put in a quote on Yelp and several businesses answered. I wound up choosing Tally Maids as they had availability January 2nd which is when I was trying to get everything done. That and they had great reviews. At any rate, Cornelius was very responsive and even recommended a carpet cleaning company for me as they do just about everything except that. Very pleasant worker who talked with me first to be sure she met my expectations. She cleaned consistently and did a very good job.

What they did clean was great but one of the maids skipped a bathroom -- the one my mother in law was staying in. ‍ I'm going to have to clean it myself because they can't come out in time and it won't be up to her standards. So very happy with the service we receive from Tally Maids. Kathi is our cleaner and she is FABULOUS! We are older and realized we weren't having the time to houseclean. We tried a different business and were very disappointed. We contacted several other Cleaning Services and Cornelius responded right away. It is so very amazing to come home from work and the house - toilets and floors especially - be cleaned professionally. We are fairly particular about wanting out home cleaned WELL.
