The technician demanded cash ($300) to get the needed springs. We should have ended the deal right then. He returned the next day and installed the springs and collected another$300 via credit card. The door was working but making a terrible noise. he said he could fix that for more money. We declined. Today the side of the door that did not have a problem is totally torn apart and the door doesn't work at all. We suspect the wrong springs were used and have called another company to fix the mess.

The short is we got a total runaround and after nearly a week they cancelled. The phone sometimes redirects you to a different company in California that has no idea what Crabtree is. I'm no longer staring at dusty shelves during presentations, constantly vacuuming my dogs pet hair on my lunch break, or picking up after my little ones through the evenings.
