Every cleaning team I have worked with is professional, thorough, and extremely hardworking. They have tremendously high standards for cleanliness and they complete every job from start to finish without cutting corners. The company's communication is absolutely outstanding. From the minute you book a cleaning, they follow up with you via both email and text to confirm your appointment. They send reminders as the appointment date approaches and, on cleaning day, they send additional messages when the team is on its way. The cleaning teams are polite and courteous. They review what needs to be done prior to starting so that everyone is on the same page and they leave the apartment spotless! It is refreshing to work with a company that cares as much about its clients as it does about getting the job done right! Again, I highly recommend Tally Maids. You'll be amazed at their work!

Absolutely horrible house-cleaning experience…read more I hired her for a deep cleaning because I recently had my first baby, both my husband and I work full-time, and he travels for work. I desperately needed reliable help and provided a list of specific things I wanted addressed. I was willing to pay accordingly and even tipped her for her work. The scheduling has been a constant issue. She rescheduled us three separate times because of conflicts on her end. We hadn't seen her in months, but I had her scheduled this week and next week to help get our house ready for our son's first birthday. This week, our son was slightly under the weather, so I told her I would keep him in his room while she cleaned. Instead of simply communicating with me, she proceeded to cuss me out and told me she couldn't come next week because she was moving, even though we were already on her schedule. She then pushed our next appointment all the way to the end of October. The cleaning itself has also been extremely disappointing. Several things I specifically requested were barely touched or not cleaned properly. When I expressed my concerns, she called me repeatedly while I was at work and left nasty voicemails, cursing at me and telling me how ridiculous I was for providing a list. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a deep cleaning to be thorough or to provide a list of priorities when I'm paying for a specific service. If she disagrees with a request, there are professional ways to communicate that without cursing at or insulting a customer. After the repeated scheduling issues, poor quality of cleaning, and the way my concerns were handled, I would not recommend this business. I was simply looking for reliable help while balancing a full-time job, a baby, and a husband who travels for work, and this experience created far more stress than it was worth.

I couldn't keep up between work calls and meetings during the day, and trying to clean in the evenings while making dinner, doing homework, yard work, etc. just wasn't an option. So, I called Apple Pie Maids! Not only did they fit me in almost immediately, they worked with my work-from-home schedule. Katie and Kristina used text messaging to communicate with me since I can rarely answer my phone during the work day. When the cleaners are here, they're always extremely polite and even operate based on my schedule (running the vacuum when I'm not on a call, jumping into my office to clean between my work, etc). They always ask me as soon as they arrive if there's something particular they should focus on or an area that needs special attention, and then walk me through each room at the end to ensure nothing was missed. Overall, the service has been invaluable. I'm no longer staring at dusty shelves during presentations, constantly vacuuming my dogs pet hair on my lunch break, or picking up after my little ones through the evenings. There's something about a clean house that just allows you to concentrate!! You truly can't put a price on receiving time back during a busy life. Time saved on cleaning has turned into time well spent with my family when it matters. For context - We have a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home (2000 sq feet). Cleanings included the entire house each time.
