Very Pleased with Two Maids!!! Trinity and Kyra did a very thorough and detailed cleaning of my son's apartment. I'm incredibly impressed with this company's customer service... going above and beyond taking care of their clients almost as if they are family members! I am very thankful for the owner, Andrea's top notch customer service. She was dedicated in making sure I was satisfied & they even went to the apartment twice to complete the job. I didn't have a great experience with my first time cleaning service with this company. Though the owners (Andrea & Asia) were great at communicating with me, the crews they sent didn't do a good job. One lady showed up on Monday, spent almost 2 hours and left. I came back to check later and I was shocked to see how much she did NOT do. I told Andrea/Asia and they were very nice to 'make it right'. So, we scheduled to have another lady come and clean again. This time she spent almost 3 hours right away on the next day (so nobody was home to use the place since the last lady left). I went back (I stayed at another place... personal story) and checked. I didn't see much improvements especially after almost THREE hours that she spent cleaning right after the first lady did the day before. For $248, I feel really cheated and disappointed. Though the owners were very communicative and trying to help, I still can't help feeling like I got scammed. FYI, I accidentally ran into my neighbor's cleaning lady the other day. I asked for a quote and she said $140 for a visit (not by hour). Now, I really feel like I got cheated by Two Maids for $248 for two ladies to come (two days in a row) and just did a bare minimum job. read more

This review is based solely upon my personal experience with the company, and my perception of the events. We used Two Maids a total of three times, for three consecutive months. We opted for the "Monthly Premium Clean" for $254. Per the list on their own website, the Premium Clean consists of 113 tasks total. We had issues from the very beginning with their crew not wanting to actually perform all of the included tasks, and it never got better either. They seem to think they can roll in and "spot clean" and that you will not notice the lack of detail performed. Because we had issues with their first two cleans not being performed to completion of all tasks, I decided to test them on their third clean to see precisely what they performed, and where they failed. The first clean was underperformed to the extent that they had to have another team come back and redo/complete it. The second clean was so bad that I complained with photos and we were not charged. The third clean is detailed below. For our home, 29 of 113 premium package tasks are not relevant, but 84 are. Of the remaining 84 tasks, 52 of them were NOT PERFORMED on our last clean (71% of our package inclusions were not completed). **This means that only 29% of the tasks that we paid $254 for were actually completed. ** This happened at every single clean they performed. This company does not seem to train its crew to follow a proper cleaning package list and hopes that their customer won't notice that they did not perform 1/2 - 3/4 of your actual cleaning service. On our last clean where 71% of our tasks were not performed, I reached out to "Rox" to let her know that they missed almost 3/4 of our clean and that we were firing them. I copied their package tasks for the "Premium Clean" from their website, and went through each task one by one to determine they were performed or not (see photos). I sent Rox the entire list, so she knows exactly what was not performed. I also stated that if she charged me for a full clean that I would dispute the charge, but I stated that she could charge me for the 29% of work that was completed. I also invited her to come by the same day so she could see all of the missed items with her own eyes. We never heard back from Rox nor anyone else at Two Maids; no call, no text, no email -- nothing! ****THEY CHARGED ME FOR A FULL CLEAN SIX DAYS LATER ($254), when they only had performed 29% of the job ($73), and they knew it. *** Stay away from these guys unless you don't actually want your house cleaned to entirety for the package you chose, and you want to be overcharged when they underdeliver. It is honestly baffling to me how they retain any customers at all. Perhaps people are ok with this level of service where 50-75% of the included package tasks are not performed, or they are just not looking close enough. SCAM ALERT! I had an excellent experience with this company. Andrea was able to schedule a cleaning for the same day we first talked. One of their cleaners, Riley arrived on time and immediately began cleaning my apartment's bathroom. After an hour of thorough bathroom work, she devoted the remaining available hour of time cleaning my kitchen. Riley is an excellent cleaner. She is friendly, personable, professional and thorough in her work. I will request her services again when needed again. read more

It is a long story to explain why, but I can't comment on the quality of the services provided by this company. This place is a waste of time! On my first scheduled booking they never showed up until 2 hours later than the scheduled window! They didn't call either to let me know this I had to actually call them. Then I told the owner "Andrea" from the beginning I prefer to pay in cash which I did then later that evening they charged my card! I find it so strange they would do that. It took 4 days to get a refund. Then I asked if it was possible if I could reschedule my next service and they say we're not a good fit for you were taking you off the books. Thus place is unreliable and a huge waste of time and very disorganized and not very professional or polite to their customers. I was actually relieved they took me off the books. Two Maids & A Mop has been performing a twice-monthly cleaning on my house for the last year or so. I am really particular about my house (yet too lazy to clean it myself!) and this firm has been doing a wonderful job. Kayla and Roxanne did my most recent cleaning and it is a joy to come out from my home office and find the house sparking and clean. They have been flexible in working with us being home due to COVID at the times of cleaning and they wear masks in the house as well. Highly recommend! read more

Two Maids & A Mop is a great cleaning service. Not only are they always on time so I don't have to wait around all morning for them but they do a great job cleaning. They're very thorough and respond to any special requests that we may have like asking them to focus on a particular room or using a cleaning product that our pet's not allergic to. They're trustworthy and have always been careful not to dent or break any of our things. We had Emily, Mimi and Ice today and they were real friendly and did a great job. We've gone through a few other services and these guys are far and away the best! read more

I've used Two Maids & A Mop twice. Once before we had family visiting from out of town. They did a great job and the price was more affordable than I was expecting. With a young kiddo at home, gaining a few hours back during the weekend is totally worth it. We also used them again when we moved out of rental house. The move out clean was really impressive. They cleaned EVERYTHING. The inside of the oven, the inside of the refrigerator, etc. The landlord walked in and said, "I don't even need to do a thorough check, I can tell this place is spotless". If you are on the fence of using a cleaning service, I recommend just requesting a quote. I think you'll be surprised how affordable it is. read more

The cleaning was fabulous! But....... The charging of my card was another issue. She overcharged me based on what she said it would be. So, buyer beware, make sure you know exactly what the charges are before you agree. She will be the one charging your card without an invoice of any kind. She never visited my house at all. I communicated with Dalton and Sean to get my account set up and appointment made. They were very helpful, easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions. Heidi and Jenny are the two maids that came to my house. They are both very friendly, and eager to be helpful; and do a good job. Together we did a walk through and checked everything. They provided me with a checklist report to show what cleaning tasks were performed. I find this very helpful. I highly recommend their services. read more

Andrea went out of her way to work with me on what I needed and also got it done for me on short notice since we had new tenants coming in. Run -- don't walk -- away from this national-franchise local-company. Can't recommend them at all. Booked them for the 14th at 1pm as a new client. They never showed up. Called them three times that day and left messages. They never returned my calls; not even the next day. How can you not return multiple calls from a new client? 24 hours later I called them again and finally got a real person on the phone -- Dalton. He made lots of excuses about sick employees and him being the only one in the office, yada yada yada; which is likely why they missed/bumped my appointment. Said they had me booked for the 21st instead of the 14th; which is highly unlikely since I have a doctor's appointment scheduled on the 21st at 1pm, and I am fairly careful about entering appointments in my phone scheduler. I casually mentioned a possible discount for the missed appointment and the lousy phone service -- but no go. It would seem that this place is all about the money and is also lax about scheduling and returning phone calls. Sounds like a cheap fly-by-night local company for a national franchise. Go with a company that has more experience and professionalism, not this national franchise. Don't trust these folks with your home and valuables. read more
