Yulie and Seydy, you ROCK!…read more I got a deep cleaning done because the summer heat had our apartment smelling like a cat shelter and I was over the headaches it was bringing. Cali was quick and responsive when it came to scheduling and patient with me as I was a mess scheduling due to starting a new job. She walked me through the process and let me know of all the rewards I could earn and the packages they offer. It was quick and easy. Yulie and Seydy got that cat smell out of my apartment so well. I walked in and it smelled just like it did when I first moved in. They were also so gracious with my cats. I kept them in our walk-in closet since they don't tolerate their crate and the two women let them out before they left so they weren't trapped while I was out. I'm so happy with my clean apartment and so excited since I got their year-long package to enjoy this clean apartment for the upcoming year. Thank you so much!

I will definitely employ their services as needed going forward! Ana provided oversight as needed for the team and I always felt kept in the communication loop as was necessary. It was not something that could have been fixed; it needed to be replaced. Ana initially said she would go through her insurance to get it fixed. She came back and said the claim was denied. Ana asked for the stove information so she could replace it herself. Once I told her the stove was 1k to fix, I never heard back from her. I do not recommend her cleaning company, because if they ruin or break anything, they will not fix it. Now my brand new stove is scratched everywhere, and I'll have to pay 1k to fix what her cleaning company ruined. No accountability for their mistake. Very disappointing.

They had texted me the day before to confirm the booking which was great, but Friday comes it's 12pm and I get a text that they are on the way. I was confused and in the middle of work - had immediately asked why the deviation from previously agreed 2pm, asked for an ETA so I could plan when to leave and never got a response. I ended up going over to the apartment, called the person who then told me it would still be about 20 minutes till showing up. At this point, I was already pretty irritated. When they arrived it was fine - showed the 2 cleaners where to park and helped them bring some tools up the entrance stairs. They finished up and locked the door behind them no problem. I ended up paying the price I was estimated which was great so no surprises. When I went back to the place to check, I noticed the same smudged footprints from our movers, debris, straight up dirt on the ground and product streaks on the counters and toilet. The fridge and microwave which did need their focus, were spotless. I texted the person I had communicated with and asked if they even cleaned the floors with pictures attached. She did quickly remedy this by having a cleaner return in the morning to do the floor. Overall, I am grateful for the work they did and the price I paid. But between the scheduling mixup and the floors being missed, I just don't think I'd be able to hire them again. Just be careful if you book them!

There was some dust around the house that was not cleaned and some stains on kitchen backsplash left behind. I was able to clean those myself easily. The bigger issue was how they left our place. During the move-in cleaning they left lights on all over the house. During the move-out cleaning, they turned the thermostat down to 60 degrees (mid-summer) and left it that way after leaving. Additionally, they left our back door unlocked and a tool I left on the kitchen counter was missing after they cleaned. After discussing these issues with Veronica she was completely dismissive of her staff's disrespect of our homes. I will not use her services again, neither can I recommend them to others.
