We had such a positive experience with Colorado Reconstruction Building Services! After a roof leak…read moredamaged our ceiling, John helped us find a great company to remove the damaged area. Then his wonderful crew, led by Ryan, came in and made our home look just right again, right down to carefully matching paint and tarping everything off so carefully to prevent any damage to our possessions. I was referred to John and his company by a friend, and have to wholeheartedly agree that their work was first class, along with their integrity and customer service.

I recently had a gutter system installed in my basement, in order to mitigate a flooding issue. To…read moredo that, the company who performed the installation had to demo all the drywall and framing along the exterior wall, remove tile flooring in a bathroom and a closet, and pull up most of the carpet. In short, they had to nearly un-finish my entire basement. CRBS was one of only a handful of contractors who would even return my request for an estimate, and their bid was the lowest by a few thousand dollars. They repaired the framing, replaced retextured & repainted the drywall, reinstalled what tile they could salvage from the bathroom, then custom-cut/painted new tile to match, completely retiled the closet, stripped & epoxied the laundry room floor, installed new baseboard, restretched the carpet and even did some new electrical work, all while coming in under their estimate. There were only a couple of minor issues with the job, both of which were immediately remedied. They even worked on a weekend to fix one, which I still feel kinda bad about. They were also very flexible in scheduling. An issue with the company installing the gutter resulted in that job getting delayed by a couple of weeks. CRBS was able to accommodate that last-minute change and get me rescheduled within a week. They also put me in touch with a restoration company that helped me unload, store, then replace the contents of my basement. I'd happily use their services again.

BROTHERS FLOORING!!!!…read more My parents installed our hardwood floors over 20 years ago so saying these floors were rough is an understatement, add in that we have also had dogs the entire time... Meaning that these floors were really really bad (deep scratches, urine stains, deep ingrained grime, water damage from dishwasher/ dog bowls, etc..). I also needed the master bedrooms' carpet removed and LVP installed. I spent hours researching the best company in the area and had many come to our home to give me a quote which ranged from over $8,000 to $4,000. The lower end had the least reviews but they seemed to care the most and the most honest review of my floors. I needed to rush the work so they were able to move things around and Chad showed up 3 days later to start the work. LET ME TELL YOU- Chad is amazing. He was so friendly, honest, personable and I trust him 100% with my parents and our home. It only took 3 days for him to make our home look AMAZING (refinish the floor and install LVP) . I would 10000% recommend them to every person I know. Look at these before and after pictures- My floors have never looked this good!!!!! Please call these guys, I promise you will not regret it. Call them and please ask for Chad. I promise you won't regret it, if you do regret it you can blame it all on me. BROTHERS FLOORING 303-366-0721

This time I wanted to tackle the upstairs carpet which was an entire floor of carpet. It was in really terrible shape with animals and other problems. We also had a medical need for my wife on why we needed the work. They prioritized the work based on our anticipated discharge date for her. Again they did it at an honest price. I had four total quotes for the work. They weren't the best price, but they were the best price that did everything I needed to be done. Including bleaching and sealing the floors from previous animal problems. The owner Ralph, Angalica at the store, and our terrific installers Chad and Ed were all fantastic.
