I have hired Blue Spruce twice now, and I will again! I…read morecalled Blue Spruce after I had another cleaning company do a terrible job cleaning my home before it was going on the market to sell. The Blue Spruce Maids did a great job, especially in comparison to who was there before them. After some additional construction, I called them to come out again and clean up the mess/dust left by the construction. **WOW!** The crew was Alisha, Eileen, Brittney, and Shannon and they did a fantastic job. They even let me know that there was a high window that they couldn't reach and so they scheduled a time to come back later and bring an extension to make sure that one was cleaned as well. That is customer service at its best! Even my realtor was impressed with the job they did, and she hires a lot of different cleaning companies. Once I am settled in my new house, I will be calling again. Thanks Blue Spruce Maids!

We use Blue Spruce Maids on a continuous cleaning service schedule and overall it's been great!…read moreShoutout to Rebecca specifically as she does a really thorough job and it's clear she cares about the work. One small note: the arrival time isn't always perfectly consistent and sometimes the cleaners show up a bit earlier or later than expected. That said, I appreciate that they text an estimated ETA, so it's never a total surprise and I can plan around it. Pricing is $65 per labor hour (minimum pricing $195), which felt fair to us for the quality of the clean. Overall would recommend, especially if you can get Rebecca!

I had hired Karol and Amelia for deep cleaning of 3 bedroom 2 bathroom after kitchen remodeling…read more Karol was so easy to communicate. They were able to come very last minute, on a holiday to accommodate my need. They did a great job, paid attention to details, and at spots that I was not completely happy with (due to there was still construction going on), they returned and retouched it until I was happy with the result. I wasn't planning to do regular maid service but it was such a pleasure working with Karol's touch, I think I'm going to work with them every month for cleaning. Here's why I think you should consider Karol over other maid service (I also worked with Alpine and Metro Maid, both did good cleaning job but I prefer Karol): 1. she's prompt with response via txt, not some email system, there's no middle man 2. she can come last minute, where Alpine often books 2 weeks out 3. she and Amelia came both time, there are consistencies of their work, and I dont need to work with too many different people 4. her price is very competitive, better quotes than Metro or Alpine 5. she shows that she genuinely care and she communicates very well, understand my need and is willing to work with me 10/10 love working with Karol. Her business deserves to thrive.

Yulie and Seydy, you ROCK!…read more I got a deep cleaning done because the summer heat had our apartment smelling like a cat shelter and I was over the headaches it was bringing. Cali was quick and responsive when it came to scheduling and patient with me as I was a mess scheduling due to starting a new job. She walked me through the process and let me know of all the rewards I could earn and the packages they offer. It was quick and easy. Yulie and Seydy got that cat smell out of my apartment so well. I walked in and it smelled just like it did when I first moved in. They were also so gracious with my cats. I kept them in our walk-in closet since they don't tolerate their crate and the two women let them out before they left so they weren't trapped while I was out. I'm so happy with my clean apartment and so excited since I got their year-long package to enjoy this clean apartment for the upcoming year. Thank you so much!

They had texted me the day before to confirm the booking which was great, but Friday comes it's 12pm and I get a text that they are on the way. I was confused and in the middle of work - had immediately asked why the deviation from previously agreed 2pm, asked for an ETA so I could plan when to leave and never got a response. I ended up going over to the apartment, called the person who then told me it would still be about 20 minutes till showing up. At this point, I was already pretty irritated. When they arrived it was fine - showed the 2 cleaners where to park and helped them bring some tools up the entrance stairs. They finished up and locked the door behind them no problem. I ended up paying the price I was estimated which was great so no surprises. When I went back to the place to check, I noticed the same smudged footprints from our movers, debris, straight up dirt on the ground and product streaks on the counters and toilet. The fridge and microwave which did need their focus, were spotless. I texted the person I had communicated with and asked if they even cleaned the floors with pictures attached. She did quickly remedy this by having a cleaner return in the morning to do the floor. Overall, I am grateful for the work they did and the price I paid. But between the scheduling mixup and the floors being missed, I just don't think I'd be able to hire them again. Just be careful if you book them!

I had paid for a deep cleaning of a small bathroom. I was on my way to a third surgery that very day right after the cleaning appointment, and just wasn't with it enough to request a good scrubbing and mopping, which is what it really needed (dark tile, so need for cleaning not as obvious, but definitely needed "deep" cleaning). Even the vacuuming was poorly done. After a lengthy period of recovery, I finally contacted the owner a few months later via email to ask if mopping the floor was part of what they considered deep cleaning. No reply to initial email. Sent a followup email about a week or so later. Owner replied, did apologize for delay due to illness. Also apologized for the floor issue. Acknowledged my concern, even gave a referral to another cleaning service if I didn't want to give them another try. What I would have preferred was to have someone come out free of charge and finish the job that I paid for, but I let it go. If it were my business, that's exactly what I would have done, including not sending the original cleaner.
