Do not hire this company if you want a deep clean! They sent two cleaners and I agreed to $418 for 5 hours. My house is generally clean, just really dusty with dog hair from my dogs. I don't have time to get to the usually ignored areas of my home like baseboards, windows, window ledges, doors, cabinet faces, etc. This is why I hired this company, A DEEP CLEAN! The cleaners were here for 3 hours and besides vacuuming, mopping - which actually my floor is super sticky now, and half wiping down surfaces (there is still food stuck on my table and kitchen island) I don't know what they did. I called the owner to discuss and he offered to send them back, ya no, that's awkward I shouldn't have to "teach" professional cleaners how to clean. I mean, they didn't even clean my stove hood!! Like what??? The owner said he would then charge me $283 for the 3 hours they were here, ummmm excuse me what? I live in a small 3 bed 2 bath house and only 2 bedrooms were asked to be cleaned. I said I was good with paying $200 for the job they did and the owner accused me of trying to extort him. WOW. After that comment I just said take your $283 and cancel all accounts. I've included pictures so you don't have to make the same mistake I did. EDIT Responding to the companies response -- You have to be kidding me! I had every intention of paying $418 for a deep cleaning! Did you give me a deep cleaning? Do those pictures look like a deep cleaning?? I wouldn't even go as far as saying this cleaning was worth almost $300 with TWO CLEANERS! I said in my review I wasn't comfortable with your cleaners coming back today. I said it would have to be another day as I was getting ready to leave in 45mins. I don't have time to teach your cleaners how to clean, that is your job. I wish I could have written a review on the actual service they provide, but I didn't even get that far. I called this place twice, and both times the people I talked to were pleasant. I requested a custom quote as I didn't need my whole house cleaned, and left my contact info both times. I was told someone would get back to me. Since my first request it's been a week. I made my second request for a quote 4 days ago. Despite that, I keep getting email and text promotions asking me to call about specials. We have 2 Maids come every other Friday and they are pleasant, thorough, and work quickly. Alissa was here today working alone and she paid attention to every detail and didn't seem rushed although there are usually two people working together. This is an honest review. I really liked their service in the past so that's why I had a monthly subscriptions with them. But things have changed (even though it's the same person) with them. I've been with them for the past 4 years. I had a recurring monthly premium package that I've had for the entire years of duration. I had to skip a month for personal reasons last month, and this month comes around they came and for some reason did not finish the job that they were supposed to do. No mopping on the first floor, no wiping, no vacuuming. Not sure if it's because I skipped last month's cleaning and they are trying to make it up by not spending more time, but I felt this isn't right. I called the main office person (that I've been working with for the past 4 years which we had a good relationships), and he claims that the crew didn't have enough time to clean in "2 hours time limit" and they just left at the dot without finishing it. First of all, this was the first time I'm hearing about a "2 hour Time Limit" in my package (i'm not with a time limited package), because according to other reviews here, I see so many people had more than 2 hours of their cleaning, even 3 hours (even for the smaller houses than ours). Second of all, now he started making things up and lying, like we are in a "dirty" tier of their cleanness standards, like they had to bring down 15 empty soda cans from upstairs, ROTTEN FRUITS sitting on my kitchen, which are completely untrue, because I don't even drink soda and never buy them at all. I buy beers, but i never drink beer upstairs so never had empty cans lying around. Rotten fruits? I have a 2 year old. Would a parent that has a 2 year old leave rotten fruit on their counters? I live with my wife and kid. there is never a rotten fruit, or any kind of rotten food that would just lie around on the kitchen. I feed all organic food to my child and never even feed him something that's past the expiration date for even a day. It's not like our house was in an especially bad condition. We always try to pick up stuff and clean the counters so cleaning crew don't have to worry about putting them away somewhere. Not perfect I know, but my wife and I do it and we still think we deserve to get the rest cleaned because we are paying for it. He started lying and making things up flat out and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. He kept on claiming that our house was so dirty that they couldn't finish the entire job in "2 hour time limit" that I've never heard of in our package, and they are losing money every time they come out to my house. In the past, it's not like they would spend 4 hours cleaning. In reality, they would finish the entire home within 2 hours. Maybe sometimes a little over 2 hours. Now they are saying that they are losing money each time they come out because they can only clean for 2 hours. Excuse me, but I've never seen you guys spend more than 2.5 hours at my house so how is that losing money? If you are losing money because of that occasional "30 minutes", then you should change your business model. There is something wrong with it. As I was speaking with him, It just sounded more and more like they are trying to make up some of the money that they didn't make last month from us since we skipped, but he just kept on making lame excuses over and over again which got me really really hard. Very, very disappointing, especially we had business together for the past 4 years. I understand that everyone is in hard times right now especially with COVID. But dishonesty is not acceptable to me. I've been recommending them to whoever ask us for a cleaning crew because I liked them and their work. We just bought a home and decided to go with a highly rated cleaning service. We chose the Move In package. The price was fair ($350) and they were able to clean the home when we weren't there. They had great customer service over the phone and the set up was easy. At first glance, the home looked great. However, as we walked the house, there were several cupboards and shelves that weren't even touched (higher shelves). There was a significant amount of dead fruit flies and dust in them. They also cleaned half the mirrors (without moving the sliding door) in one of the rooms. We realized how poor the floor was cleaned (if at all), because our feet are COMPLETELY black from walking over it. This was prior to our move in (because obviously they'll be dust from moving), but still... I highly doubt they cleaned the floor. I'm not sure if the company website over advertises what the maids are capable of doing, but in all honesty... I could have taken a half day and done as well as job as the maids did. This job feels we were one of many homes they had to clean so they freshened up spots that were easy to get to. I was under the impression this would be a deep clean. I've lived on wood floors for 4 years now... and never once has black feet after I walked around. Definitely would not recommend this service to new time home buyers (move in/move out package). I'm sure weekly touch ups or frequent cleanings would be more along the lines of what this company is geared towards. House was cleaned end of September by Jasmine and Renia. EDIT: My wife and I reviewed the package details to make sure we weren't losing our minds. It advertises they clean inside and outside of shelves and cabinets, ceiling fans (which we just checked and ours weren't touched), as well as sweep and mop the floor. But in fine print, it later says they can't climb to clean. Why advertise ceiling fans and cabinets? And I'm sorry, but there's zero chance our floor was mopped. I had a move-out cleaning however, most of the stuff in the kitchen wasn't cleaned at all. I tried to be nice and pointed the issues to the management as I wasn't present during the cleaning. They sent someone out another day however, nothing really changed. Basically no shelves, fridge or stove was cleaned at all. You have a better chance of cleaning it yourself and save $400. Unlike they advertise it seems like they are not using any special/good cleaning products and just have a damp cloth which they don't even use everywhere. They also make you tip the staff DURING booking and not after the service is complete. There is no refunds and upon seeing the pictures I was told "Those stains won't come out" to grease stains on the stove and backsplash, dust on the doors and inside the shelves. The two people who came were nice. When they left, the bathroom sink still had stains on it, which we were able to remove later. They also didn't clean underneath some stuff on the counter. We've used other services before and afterwards can feel that it's clean when walking in. Although they did clean, it didn't feel like it was that just-cleaned feeling. **Updated to 5 stars instead of 4. I initially just wanted to have my condo cleaned by them - to see if they'd do the kind of job that would warrant hiring them on a regular basis (I'm pretty particular about the details), and the crew they sent over was excellent, so now they're coming once a month for me. I just had my second cleaning and again was very happy with the results. The girls are so personable too and have left sweet notes for me after their cleaning both times. My living room ceiling fan was not dusted, and some accessible baseboards (top of the stairs, upstairs bathroom) were not cleaned as well. We have our offices cleaned every Thursday morning and Two Maids always arrives with big smiles ready to get the day going. Everyone they've sent have been friendly, fast and thorough. Jasmine and Bee always go above and beyond every time they're here and even this week, they sent a supervisor, Alyssa, over to do a quality check and everything was in perfect order as usual. I am leaving this negative review for management. The cleaners themselves have been very good and I really appreciate them. I was a customer for a few months and I never canceled or rescheduled. I got sick and canceled my Monday cleaning. I thought I would be better by Wednesday so rescheduled. I missed a phone call but was too out of it to check it. When I checked in the morning I was told someone is coming at 8:30. This has never been an agreed upon time. I was told I can't cancel unless I want to get charged half the price of the cleaning and there was no leniency. This is unfair treatment and I will never use them again. Absolutely worst ever. Paid for the two hour cleaning after they came to my house looked it over asked what I wanted done and said it would only be two hours for surface dusting vacuuming kitchen and two bathrooms. In the two hours the two maids were there they cleaned half of my small kitchen which was already cleaned no dishes nothing on counters but appliances and a half bathroom. Then said they needed more time to clean. The half bathroom they cleaned had streaks on mirror and dust still in crevices on counter in grout. The kitchen was swept but not picked up not mopped counters not wiped. Called company and manager of operations told me his workers worked diligently and I could add more time to complete job and my cost would be adjusted to cover it. I paid 167 to have them clean two hours half my kitchen which is small about the size of an apartment kitchen and a half bathroom. Do not do not do not use this company. My reply: it was no me you spoke with personally. I was not there when you did the initial walk through or quote. I was there today however when the maids showed up. Interesting enough you make mention of the "condition" of the home because so did they when they showed up. I believe her exact words were " wow! Were you up cleaning all night or what? What exactly is it you want us to do?" I dont think such a statement would have been made had the house been in as bad of condition as you are attempting to portray. Now like I said I was not present for the conversation you had in regards to the quote or complaint but I was present for the service given and it is not in any way shape or form something I would recommend anybody spend any amount of money or time or time on. I met with you I stated I wanted a deep cleaning and when finished you said it would only be like maybe two hours of that. If it needed more time it could be added on. We did not have a budget reason for going with the hourly. That was your suggestion. And for you to say the condition of the house when your maids stated we must have cleaned already is shameful on your part. Black eye for your business. I decided to go ahead and try them out. I am so glad I did! I selected the Deep Cleaning package since it had been a while. Jessica, Speshal & Linda showed up right on time with all of their supplies. They immediately went to work and 2 1/2 hours later, my 2500 sq ft. house was sparkling clean.
