After two weeks, with no word from Belica's, I sent a text on a Friday at 10:15 am. Belica replied at 10:44 am and said they could be there at 10:30 am. I was confused and got some clarification for 11:30 am, the same day. After FIVE hours from initial contact, no one arrived at my home. I then sent a text asking if they were still going to come and clean. They ghosted me, I still have not heard anymore from Belica or her son. Again, while the cleaning was excellent, the communication sucks. I would NOT recommend them, based on their failure to schedule and communicate adequately. My time is just as important as theirs is and someone, or a business, that wastes my time is not worth my effort, or my money.
