When seeking out an Interior Designer to hire for your project it is so important to find one who…read morecan address your project through objectivity, allowing the Principles and Elements of Design to be the points where their guidence on your project are employed for your vision to be fully achieved, It is also important to work with a Designer who possesses the knowledge and skill sets of multiple related industry fields including construction, products and services, Having personal exposure to good design and a history of knowledge, experience and exposure as to how to work with people and the best ways to achieve one's goals are all critical skills that a qualified Designer ought to be able to pull from in order to not only achieve the desired end result but also guide through a perilous process, which it can be, in order to fullfill one's vision. Important also are integrity and accountability!! I have had the pleasure and good fortune to work with just such an Interior Designer here in Scottsdale, Arizona. I moved to Arizona from Southern California and though I was very pleasantly surprised by the abundance of on trend, great design, it was however, also NOT my experience that customer service at some of the most basic levels existed here. The sheer number of designer studios and retail establishments out here left me very disappointed as in most cases my entry to their establishments was treated with as much attention as a leaf blowing in the door...without acknowledgement or even the courtesy of a hello or even a nod to acknowledge I had entered as a potential customer or being a human being breathing in and out in their otherwise vacant stores. Prepare for a services culture shift if you plan to move out this way AND take my advice, reach out to Stefanie Rogan as she was the first Designer to show any assemblance of professionalism, engadgement or welcoming... it will be no surprise to you that she embodies all the greatest fearures of my above review and none of those which would be considered of the lesser discussed. Cultured, knowledgeable, objective and honest in her approach to her profession expressed through her role on my owm projects produce the desired outcomes and very happy customers, including myself in that number. Humility, professionalism and the highest levels of service are what I found in this very rare talent in this new place I call home. You deserve to have the best. I hope my review regarding Stefanie Rogan Interior Designer will help you ease your own process in finding and hiring the best.

COVID had delayed things and we had to sort out some details on our end before making the final decision to start the project, but after doing so, we talked with them again to give the go-ahead to start. They were on board and were going to set up a follow up meeting since it had been a while since our first meeting. After hearing nothing from them for a few days, we sent them an email asking when we were going to meet. The response from them was basically a form email saying they were too busy, and good luck with our remodel. The problem here isn't that they were too busy. I understand that. It is this: First, we had already talked and pulled the trigger on starting the project. THEY had suggested we meet again to make everything fresh in everyone's minds. Then they went silent for a few days. Second, and the most disappointing is the way they handled their changing their minds. A blowoff email? We had already met each other, talked about ideas, and agreed on moving forward, and all we got was a generic form letter saying good luck. It's not as if we just sent them an inquiry after finding them on Yelp. There was already established communications. They had our phone numbers. They offered nothing in the way of potential future work, or suggestions. They didn't even give us the courtesy of a phone call explaining the situation or an apology for having to change their minds about taking the project. This was very unprofessional and rude. I had to call them back to get more clarity on what happened and why. Even after speaking them, it was clear that they had no idea how unprofessional and disappointing their actions were. It's shame because we probably would have liked their work. On the other hand, I don't like working with flakey inconsiderate people.

We loved every aspect of our experience with Spice up your home staging…read more The moment I contacted Talia. She went straight over to my home and knew exactly what she could do to help sell our home. She staged it within that same week and it sold a week later! Here's a little about how amazing this was. Our home had been on the market for over a year. We had been through three realtors. Held countless open houses and did updates to our home. The feedback we were constantly getting was structural things about our home that we could not change. So I finally was thinking that if people could only see the potential with furniture and fall in love with our home like we did when first bought it, then it should sell. When I spoke first with Talia and she came to the house. She knew exactly what I was thinking too. The furniture she put into the home was so elegant and stunning. Not only did we sell it within a week. We had two offers! So, if you're thinking about it... just call her up. She definitely knows what she's doing. Also I have to shout out to her crew for moving in and out the items. Because our place was left just as it was when the first arrived. Very professional. Definitely recommend them 10000000000000%.

We're very happy with the results. The store has some fantastic offerings and we love the fact we've been able to take stuff home and if it didn't work out, we'd take it back no problem.
