My dogs start whining and wiggling with excitement half a mile away and make a beeline for Jim as soon as we walk in the door, much to the dismay of his jealous dogs. For agility, the turf is one of the best in the area. As an instructor, Jim has helped me train my 1st agility dog (Tully who is on the right) since 2018. Tully has earned multiple championships & Jim has supported us from afar at many competitions. Now, he is helping me train our border collie (Kinja on left). A 1yo lab mix just joined our family somewhat suddenly. He was a bit anxious and didn't warm up to everybody right away. They came to meet him a few times before we needed the walking to start so that he would be comfortable. Adam and Cary came out promptly and from the first phone call were incredibly professional and accommodating. We have an older dog and she immediately felt comfortable with Adam. I really appreciated his flexibility as sometimes our schedules would change at the last minute (or I would forget to notify him the evening before that a walk wouldn't be needed the following day). Adam was always gracious and accommodating. I also really appreciated how responsive he was to texts and emails. He was also wonderful about coordinating walks around showings when we were in the process of selling our home. We recently left Highland Park and I know that our dog is going to miss Adam terribly. I was going away on vacation and needed a pet sitter for my cat and parakeets…read more I honestly was very nervous to allow a stranger into my home and take care of my fur children.  I looked online and found that CCDD had extremely positive reviews (now I know why!!)   I reached out to Maureen (Owner) and expressed my concern.  She immediately put me at ease with her professionalism, caring nature and organization of the transaction. While I was away on my vacation Maureen was truly amazing.  I received daily texts with photos of the care that was given each day, including pictures of the freshly scooped litter boxes and filled food bowls with details of the daily findings.   Maureen truly goes out of her way to provide exceptional care to both my pets and my home!  During one of her visits a fire alarm battery had given out and was beeping.  Maureen immediately contacted me and took care of the beeping alarm as she was worried about my cat having to endure the constant beeping while I was gone.    I cannot recommend CCDD enough as Maureen truly cares about your pet and home!!  I highly recommend!!!!
